The experience was made pleasant, not by the exceptional cleanliness of the store , nor the well laid out items on display and not even by the reasonable priced items on sale and clearance ... but by the warmth and friendly service of the employees , especially the ladies at the counter processing the sale transactions. “This Macy's has friendly staff. I just wish they had clothes that fit me. I left without making a purchase because they didn't have shoes in my size and pants in my size. Shoes are always hard for me to find as I have a rather large size. But my pants are very common size, and I'm not sure why they didn't have what I wanted in my size.”
