I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the oil change service I received at this location. I had scheduled an appointment for oil change at 11:00 AM, yet I ended up waiting for three and a half hours, which was both inconvenient and unexpected.
During my wait in the viewing area, I observed the service being performed and noted several concerns:
• The mechanic did not appear to top off any fluids or check the tire pressure.
• I did not see any indication that the oil filter was being changed; instead, he simply poured oil into a container and then added oil to my car.
• After the service, I took my car to another trusted mechanic who confirmed that the oil filter was extremely dirty and required a proper oil change.

I went here needing my spark plugs and my oil changed a while ago. Not only was I charged nearly $700 for both services, which is INSANE! They broke my oil housing, or if it was broken prior to they DIDN'T NOTIFY ME!! And now my car is having oil pressure issues because the cap is MISSING from the housing. Be careful if you’re a young woman getting mechanic work done. Corporations like these will do subpar work and up charge you!! Mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable though.

Came here to spend $2000+ for a oil leak that they couldn't figure it out.
I have brought my partners car for a oil leak the first time they first said was the valve cover which was $500 to replace, it + oil change $100 which didn't solved the problem, brought it back, then they said was the oil pan plug, another $200 plus oil change $100 it kept leaking brought it back, they Said this time was the oil pan itself, they said they "replaced it" but it kept leaking another $500 + oil change $100, now finally stopped leaking for few weeks until today pulling out my brand new driveway that costed a fortune I see a puddle of oil under the car, brought it back once again just for them to tell me it's gonna cost me another $800 to replace the engine gaskets, I mean the car couldn't be leaking from so many places at once, get things done right once or simply say we can't figure it out and I'll move on... wanted to bring it back once again but now they have said the warranty expired, I mean they just have used some additive to prevent the car from leaking so I can just stop complaining until their " warranty expired" If they don't know what they are doing why would you keep messing with it, making things worse. This used to be my prime location to do all my services but looks like they have changed their way to do business.

DO NOT GO HERE. Very disappointed in the service I got , I’ve been here many times for an oil change and thought I could trust them , I am a young woman and they totally took advantage of me not knowing much. They charged me 700$ for a thermostat and the repair when a dealership only would have charged 250 for everything . Total scam and very disappointed that I was taken advantage of.

Bunch of scammers. I came here for a battery replacement for my car and they attempted to rip me off, charging more than double the retail value of the battery alone. these clowns tried to deny giving me the specs on the battery hoping that i wouldn’t be able to Verify the price. I had Enough details though to still pull it up and could see that AutoZone was selling thesame battery for $229 that they were trying to charge me $500 for. when I asked if they price match they claimed no because that’s not their competitor and they couldn’t verify the price, even though the price was clearly on the website. They were just hoping to take advantage of a girl driving a nice car. stay away you’re better off going someplace like tire choice, literally (right next door) who does I think everything they do and they are extremely honest and have great customer service. I saved $300. I will never be back.

Please don't go to this place .All the people working there are rude and toxic.And they overcharge for services.Buyers beware! My best friend got overcharged for his brakes! Now he is in a financial deficit! Pobrecito Charley. It's sad..

After sitting there for 2.5 hours, they told me my tire was patched. I woke up to a flat tire. The owner seemed to have a lot going on but his coworkers were polite, and had great bedside manners. Never going here again.

Called to order new tires first thing in the morning on Wednesday, they said they would call me once the order was placed, I waited for a while and called again to follow up since I hadn't gotten a call back, and I was told the tires would be in by Friday. I call on Friday to confirm the tires had arrived before I drove there, and they told me they did not see the order and that they might have forgotten to put it in, even though I got confirmation on Wednesday that the order had been placed. This was the final straw with Midas, I gave them the benefits of the doubt before with other similar situations but it is ridiculous at this point.

Sorry to complain, they put used , dirty oil in my tuck. Just confirmed this by my old mechanic. Regret to take my car to your place. No honesty at all!!!

Wasted my time order tires online and made appointment just to get there and no tires available. Manager tells me a system glitch but no response when I said we confirmed first thing in the morning. End up driving an hour waiting time, gas and money. Never again Midas should have stuck to tire kingdom.

Good quick service. George was phenomenal and had me out within 45 min. Less than that the hour and a half I was quoted. Definitely recommend to others.

Pretty fast turnaround for oil change. Did not try to upsell for future maintenance not needed now. Friendly staff.
