Mariana Pelaez put a walk-in patient in front of us by openly lying about their appointment time. We were scheduled for 1pm and she stated their appointment was at 12:50. When I claimed my appointment time, and showed her we were the only appointment on the patient board, she rudely began to state that she was running behind. When I asked, how long she would take with the walk-in she placed in front of us (for what I believe are discriminatory reasons) she, in a rude tone once again said "I don't know, schedule another appointment." I then told her she gave my appointment away and she rudely once again said "what do you want me to do?!" I then asked her for her full name, she refused at first then eventually wrote it down and gave it to me on a sticky note. No card, no employee ID, just a sticky note. I did not trust she gave me her real name so I inquired with the pharmacy staff and they wouldn't confirm her name either. As I was speaking to the pharmacy rep away from the minute clinic, Mariana Pelaez left her office and began to try to engage me and escalate the situation in front of my children by claiming I was rude and screaming at her, then in another odd move, and without cause, threatened to pull cameras and call the police. I asked her to please do so as my children witnessed the entire interaction, and it would show her lying about it. She then closed the door and went back in with the patients she placed in front of us during our scheduled appointment. I briefly spoke to the store manager for the store number and then called the minute clinic 1-800 number to file a formal complaint. I have been to about 2 or 3 minute clinics before and have never had to deal with such unprofessional, angry, and vindictive medical staff. Will never go to another CVS minute clinic again due to this degrading encounter occuring in front of my children.

The nurse practitioner Irina Prescott should be ashamed to call her self a healthcare professional. She was disrespectful and rude to me from the time she called me in to be seen, up to the time she dismissed me and told me to return at another time. At 9:30 am I checked in at the kiosk for the next available appointment and as I waited, I got on a business call with my nursing recruiter to get the missing documents I need to get completed at the clinic. When Irina called me in I was wrapping up the call and she stated if you are not ready you can go back and wait. I told here no it's fine I'm getting off and walked into the office. As I was ending the call she once again stated it does not look like you are ready so there for you should leave and wait to be called again. At this time I had ended the call and asked why she was being hostile and rude which is unnecessary. She proceeded to tell me this is where I can leave and return on my schedule time for my appointment at 11:30am, exercising her power as a provider. I felt belittled but kept my composure and asked who I can speak to above her and she stated there was no one if I need to place a complaint I can call the 1800 number. Being a nurse my self, I am disgusted to know people like IRINA PRESCOTT exist. I hope her upper management Lorain addresses her distasteful behavior so she does not treat other clients how she treated me. She should never feel entitled to exercise power to refuse to render service to any one there seeking medical aid. I highly do not recommend anyone to go through what I went through at this establishment so please do your self a favor and find another provider. You as a patient should never be made to feel belittled given your race or socioeconomic status at any time when seeking medical services.

Don’t bother with this place. Over 90 minutes to get a simple pre baby vaccination. The nurse couldn’t be bothered with anything and moved at snail speed.

The doctor was late. No one knew where she was. I left work early to be here and have to go to my 2nd job after this. The pharmacy said to knock on the patient doors. The front staff said maybe she's asleep she should've been back an hour ago. When she finally arrives she's frazzled puts me in a room and there's used strep swabs laying out on the counter. She seems lost checking her phone and I see all patient names on her computer and she asks which one is me, to choose. Then she randomly goes through my old prescriptions trying to delete some that my psychiatrist are trying to sort through. She checks out my concern seems confused and guesses what it might be then says in 3 days if the prescription doesn't work just come back to try something else. Once I leave there are several other people waiting. I wasn't able to get her name as her badge was turned around and taped.

I couldn't get in with my primary Dr so I scheduled an appointment with the CVS Min clinic. I saw Heidi on 9/26 and she was great. Thank you!

I walked in to get vaccinated advised practitioner that I was here to get my shots for other vaccines other then COVID. She advised me to go the CVS pharmacy. I went there, waited and then was told to go back to minuteclinic after I told them that I needed other vaccines other then COVID. I went back to the person at minute clinc and she advised me that she could give me my shots. She asked me if I had an appointment and I said yes. I made that appointment on my own without any guidance from anyone there btw. She started to ask for all these forms which I began to show her from my phone. She said I needed to have them printed after I showed proof of my voucher. I asked her politely if she could print it out for me. She then said “now I have to be your secretary Jesus Christ” as she rolled her eyes and took a sigh…smh. She did this right in front of me behind closed doors. I said in reply it’s just printing out paper it’s not like your doing heart surgery. Then she had the nerve to say that I didn’t have to be rude and that I could wait outside. I told her she should not be rude especially in front of someone and that was a very disrespectful comment. She then said she wasn’t gonna print out my form and that I needed to come back after I got the forms printed out. I went to fedex which was about 10 minutes away headed back to the clinic which conveniently stopped taking appointments for today. I needed the vaccines because I’m getting deployed which she knew because I told her I couldn’t wait and that I needed all the vaccines asap. I have never experienced anything like that and I thought LabCorp was bad. This is by far the worst experience that I have ever had dealing with any medical facility ever! Not military friendly!!! I'm so sorry that I disturbed "nurse practitioner" Kimberly Reyes with my medical emergency. Horrible personality, horrible bedside manner, rude, short, and overall unfriendly and cold person.

Never in my life have i left a health care provider feeling the way i did today. i was denied health care knowing that i am FULLY covered for healthcare insurance because their system was not recognizing my information. I am sick as a dog. chills, fever, sore throat, headache. I've been here plenty of times for their services and was never denied but each and every time i go the nurses there have a disgusting attitude. today i was told by the nurse practitioner "i don't know what to tell you we can't help you" that is DISGUSTING. Today will be the last time i set foot in a CVS minute clinic. I went to the baptist urgent care in the same plaza and had the best experience.

Very worst experience, because of cough and sore throat, unable to speak, I went to their clinic to check, the nurse's attitude was very poor, when testing covid, she poked my nostrils, tears came out, very, very rude, Treat me like I owe her money. This is the worst, rude and impatient nurse I have ever seen. I really suggest that you are very unfit for this job.

Why is this called "Minute" Clinic? Exactly which minute are you referring to? One occurring in the next century, long after I am dead and gone? Made my appointment on line, filled out all the check-in forms, and told to show up 15 minutes prior to my appointment. Did that, more like 25 minutes early. Then, I have to check in all over again at the kiosk! So people, if you do choose to use this provider, don't waste time checking in online--you have to do the entire process in person. I guess they think I contracted Covid during the 10 minutes it took me to drive to the CVS :-) Then, waited nearly an hour and no one appeared to greet us. Another patient had been waiting for 30 minutes before I arrived, and there was someone in the treatment room, but no acknowledgement of anyone. Total waste of time.

The one star is for the nice lady in the front and that’s where it all ends. The nurse practitioner there, Ekram Yenia, is the rudest, nastiest, ill mannered person I’ve ever come across. She clearly hates her job, and speaks to you in the most condescending, degrading tone. She does not wear a badge, no license anywhere in the office, and no certificate posted. She has zero credentials on display and if it wasn’t CVS, I would’ve thought twice about sitting in her chair. I canceled my appt on the spot after 10min of attitude and walked out. She didn’t even want to give me her name. I hope someone reads this and reprimand her. She should NOT be in the medical field or working with people.
