I was quoted by a lady named Joanne for 500 plain business cards over the phone. Then I sent my ready to print artwork, and she increased it the price 25% because it did not have the correct bleed. I spoke with her again, and she told me if I correct my design, she will remove the 25% bleeding charge. I did. And then I sent the new artwork. Now a guy named Dave Johnson grabbed my order, and decided to charge me the same regardless, instead of the agreed price. When I told him about my conversation with Joanne, he said "I don’t know what was discussed exactly for pricing on the phone, but we always quote in writing to confirm pricing." and stood by the 25% surcharge in price. I could have ordered from anywhere, and if you order online, the price is very very low and substantially lower than these people. I figured I would order from a local business to help support our local economy, but that proved to be a big mistake. I can't stand cheats and liars, deceitful bait and switch tactics. Beware of spending your time with these people as they will lie, cheat, upcharge you and upsell you at every turn, like they did to me.

I brought 25 duffel bags in to be customized. I explained what I wanted and they told me I had to embroider them. We discussed sizing and my concerns with how big the names would be as I thought they would be too small with embroidery. They reassured me, it would not. I just went and picked up the bags and the names are awful. I never got a mock up of what it would look like. I never got a size of what the names would be. They took my money and did whatever they wanted to. I now cannot give these out as gifts.

We have purchased promotional materials, large and small display products.The staff has been very courteous and prompt with every interaction.In one case they overnighted a crucial part to Orlando to replace a broken display piece.Joanne has been a solid contact here and is on the top of her game.We highly recommend this business and the staff.
