“I recently dropped into this location to get a new phone as quickly as possible. My current phone was cracked beyond repair and I was leaving to go away for the weekend within a couple of hours of my visit to the store. The manager in training that helped me was Juliet and I will say that she was by far, one of the quickest AT&T sales reps that I've ever encountered. Not only was she extremely helpful, but also extremely as efficient. She helped me pick out my new phone and get it running and ready to go in less than an hour all while helping other customers while she was servicing myself. I found her customer service to be amazing, she was very kind and professional and her effort deserves to be recognized.”
“Sales consultants Jesus and Kyle were excellent. Helped me very fast and assisting in a billing situation. They also had manger Ryan assist more detailed. They were able to get me the credits needed and plan change fixed.”
“I would like to thank Ahmed and Nasir. They spent more time on me than I'm sure anyone would like to. I came in needing help after transitioning from iPhone to Android. I could not remember my password for my main email. After an incredible amount of time and attempts, it was to no avail. TLDR I have a bellsouth email. Every time they were at the end of trying, they would try a new avenue. I have even tried using the phone support to get what I needed done, but they just kept putting me in a loop to go online and fill out a form, which I still have yet to get a response from over the last month. I have filled out that form at least four times at this point. These gentlemen were superb, going above and beyond to help. Even though the mission failed, I'm happy they tried their hardest to help me. They showed it isn't just a out selling products and services. The final attempt was a recommendation to try yahoo+ to recover my email. Wish me luck.”

“I had the best experience at TMobile in the Coral Square Mall. Sosa,Arlex and Fabian helped me with my T Mobile account pertaining to my monthly bill.
Not only were they helpful in saving me money every month, but I am going home with 2 Galaxy tab devices. I will give one to my daughter who is over the top excited.
These guys were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products.

Previously I went there about an issue with my old iPad and instead of trying to make money off of me they recommended to upgrade to a newer model. Highly recommend them for any issues!”
