My current phone was cracked beyond repair and I was leaving to go away for the weekend within a couple of hours of my visit to the store. The manager in training that helped me was Juliet and I will say that she was by far, one of the quickest AT&T sales reps that I've ever encountered. Not only was she extremely helpful, but also extremely as efficient. She helped me pick out my new phone and get it running and ready to go in less than an hour all while helping other customers while she was servicing myself. I found her customer service to be amazing, she was very kind and professional and her effort deserves to be recognized.”

“Great and friendly customer service, Martin is so knowledgeable and always in a good mood. He helped me with my iPhone and Nintendo Switch 2 issues. Previously I went there about an issue with my old iPad and instead of trying to make money off of me they recommended to upgrade to a newer model. Highly recommend them for any issues!”
