Terrible service. When you book an appointment time, they give an estimated 4 hours for grooming for my small 12lb maltese regular trim. Also, there is no sense for express service 15$ extra for another day. I don't recommend it and I won't come again.

Was told over the phone that I had to make it to the Salon by 5:50 in order to squeeze my dog in. Already an inconvenience due to their operating times not matching the website. But I made it. Only to be turned away because they closed at 5:30. Unfortunate that I made the trip across town. With so many competitors around Im not sure why I make the trip. Unfortunately I wont be making the trip any longer. I know things happen but being told one thing to come in to another is an unfortunate event. Be wary.

You can go somewhere else to buy pet supplies, so they should to have a better attitude towards someone who is asking for help with something that was out of their reach . My goodness!

I had an appointment for my seven month old lab. I had proof and a confirmation email along with a voicemail confirming the appointment, They also called me earlier and that afternoon to let me know I can come in earlier, so I confirmed with them on that as well and I do have the timestamps for that… So I come in at 4:40 when my appointment was supposed to be at five The lady is saying that I have no she can’t find my number. I asked to speak to a supervisor the supervisor can’t even come out. She goes behind closed doors and refuses me service and says before we get any conflict we can’t accept you.??? When she said that didn’t sound like one of her employees, but I confirmed the address and the number so I’m just a little confused before the holiday before I go out of town I got refused. My dog refused for a service that I had an appointment for and then they want to call me back to back Blowing up my phone after I left and cussed them out To the point where I had to block the number

This is the worst place. My dogs have been going here for years. Never had an issue. I never complained. I called to schedule an appt. And was told my dogs can never go there again. I asked why first was told its groomers discretion. I said that is bot a reason. Someone else got on phone and said that I apparently was not happy with past couple of services so I can not come back. Not once did I complain to them about my sogs hair cut. If I did not like it I would not have tipped the lady. I even asked if everything was ok. Not once did they say they had an issue with my dogs. If a geoomer has a problem then why can't a different one do it. This is not how you treat people. They do not believe in customer service. This placw is ridiculous and awful.

Ok I took my dog to check his ear they said is was infected and need it a tube with medication and I have to pay around $200 to have it done twice , well I took my dog the second time 2 weeks later and the nurse told me because I didn’t took him back in a week I will have to pay another $200 to have it done again ????? The Vet wasn’t even there the nurse was texting her , I told her why if I already paid for the service after arguing she said ok I will and charged me $40 to leasing to his heart which they already did. It , I notice the first time they did the tube my odds was shaking his ear a lot because of the tube well after leaving the second time my dog not even once shake his head at all , and the nurse told me bring him next week and another $200 , when I go to my doctor for a follow up they DONT CHARGE ANYTHING , never ever again I go th
To this place , be aware for this dishonest pet vets

The first thing you see when you walk into this store is their shelf of dead and dying betta fish. The (lack of) care for these poor animals is shocking. Do better, Petsmart.

The staff is very friendly and Knowlegable. He has a sensitive stomach. They helped me pick the perfrct dry catfood, for my cat.
