I always come to this public every month to pay my rent. Today at the customer service department I was dealing with Kat- whom I guess was caught having a bad day! She was so RUDE and unprofessional with nothing but attitude for my simple transaction. Never ever had an encounter until today at 11:35am with pure disrespect. Do better with your employees Publix because this was unacceptable.

This new store needs a serious check.
The deli/ sandwich section is always out of something. They discontinued the honey hot sauce.
Also, this is the second time that I bought bread/ bagels and upon unpacking at home, there is mold and fungus on it.
Just horrible!!!
Some of the employees are helpful and others don’t care… just there for a paycheck.
It’s time to stop being loyal to a place that keeps getting richer off their customers and don’t care about providing quality service or products.
Invest in BJs, that is right around the corner… it’s well worth it and you will have a peace of mind knowing that you are getting fresh and quality products.
