Came in today and went to get my seafood steamed. It was horrible. I asked for lemon pepper and cajun seasoning and when I got home the seafood was not seasoned at all. It was bland. The worker there looked miserable when asking him to do it. Went back and returned it

My fiance and I really like this place it's always well stocked the staff is good and the parking is good and they always have plenty of handicap carts

Publix website says that they price match; but when I went to the cashier he and the manager both said they do not price match.

Hate to leave anything less than 5 stars but we had a very stressful experience with the large scale catering order we placed for a 60-person party at our home. It’s the 3rd time we ordered online via their app for a large party and never had issues until this time. Order was placed and paid for 48 hours in advance (only 24 hours required for large platters), and when my husband went to pick up the platters 2 hours prior to our party starting, they said the order never crossed through on their end, despite the confirmation number and emails I received that our order was ready to pick up. Thus, our 16 platters were never even made and we had no other food to serve other than this. This resulted in him being stuck in Publix for over an hour working on a solution with the manager while I had to stressfully manage all the other last minute details setting up our party tables and furniture without him being home to help. They were fortunately able to pull out all the stops and promised to have our 16 platters ready within 2 hours, which was when our party started. I appreciated their ability to do this, don’t get me wrong. Despite our request to have someone deliver it to us since this was their mistake, they couldn’t accommodate this, so my husband had to go back and pick it up when the party already started, with guests expecting appetizers and dinner as stated in our invitations, so by the time everything was unpacked from his car and and organized in our kitchen ready to be served, it was well over 1.5 hours after our 60 friends had been here. Ultimately, our closest friends had to greet initial guests into our home so that we could both shower and get ready since he was stuck at Publix a second time while I had to manage setting up everything else solo. It was not a good look to have absolutely no food out and only cocktails during a party which I spent months planning. I was stressed and not able to enjoy myself during a party we spent over $5K when factoring in bartenders and waitstaff, party rentals, entertainment, decorations, alcohol, etc. I’m not one to ever ask for freebies or complain, but the fact we spent nearly $1K on this food order and they didn’t even offer a small discount for this significant inconvenience and undue stress, as well as the inability to deliver it to us was extremely disappointing and left a bad taste in our mouth. Other than rushing to fulfill the order we paid for days in advance, no other action was taken in their part to make this right. We host parties regularly and we will not order through them again for any large scale events in the future, and I recommend you look elsewhere as well. 2-stars seems very generous in this situation and had they offered to “right their wrong” to even a small degree by delivering it to us or giving some sort of small refund, I would not have even left a review. But given their lack of concern over customer satisfaction, I felt compelled to leave an honest review of our experience.

So I was waiting at the customer service line for over 25 minutes when the customer customer service rep by the name of Kobe. First mistake he didn’t acknowledged the customers that waiting in line for over 25 minutes. Reassuring them that someone would be over to help them shortly but instead he continue with an attitude when I asked him if he was the manager,

The food is very tasty and the selection is really good . Prices are in general very high . Buy one get one is good . Look for sales . General pricing is quite high . Sub sandwiches and pre made salads excellent

This is getting out of hand and quality control, Publix wants to squeeze every dollar out of their customers. The rolls that I’m getting almost every day, just got half way smaller! I’ve been shopping in this Publix since 2005 and it getting worst every year and prices are at least 1/4 higher than any Publix around!

Salite or satite or whatever her name is in the Deli is SO RUDE. Terrible customer service. If you don’t like your job that much, quit. Don’t give the customers attitude. Lol.

Publix as a whole is ridiculous. The pricing is double anywhere else. I did the buy one get one and still paid double what others sell as. Its crazy expensive
