the deli staff need to do better!!! They are more concerned with their general restocking, they don't acknowledge you to at least let you know they'll be right with you and their is just no sense of hustle to their work speed or customer attentiveness. I would understand waiting if they are swamped but their is no reason to be waiting 30 minutes when there are only two people in line and a dozen workers behind the counter.

Shoppers beware of a customer service person name C J. This person does not belong dealing with the public. I find him very rude and disrespectful. This is my second run in with him. I try to stay away from customer service when he is there. The first time I had a problem with him,he openly accused me of double dipping a coupon in front of other shoppers who were behind me in line. They were very shocked. I went and complained to the store manager but he did not seem to care. I called Corporate and I got the same feeling. This last time I had no choice but to see CJ due to a problem with two subs from the deli. He again accused me of trying to do something that was not right. Only this time it was the fault of the person behind the deli counter. After telling him what was going on again he made me feel uncomfortable. He is not a person that should be handling problems at customer services. Maybe his services would be better collecting the shopping carts from the outside. I have since taken my business elsewhere. Even took my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Would not shop in that Publix again until I know that C J no longer works there.

We have visited just about every Publix in the area of North Broward, and this store is above the others. The store is kept clean, well stocked, and employees appear to care and want to help. The Friday evening shopping for a family of four is as pleasure here. Perhaps the pricing is slightly higher than other stores, and we try to keep to BOGOS and staples. The layout is good and cashiers move fast overall. Only challenge might be baggers as some visits we have to bag ourselves or cashier has to do the additional work. Bakery items look good and fresh overall. Deli and Produce also appear to be stocked and updated.

This store here has the friendliest and most helpful workers. They have everything you need like fresh produce and pre made meals and sides. Pros:- they always have nice pre made meals you can grab and go for parties such as charcuterie boards, shrimp platters, wrap platters, fruit platters.. and more .. all at a reasonable price. - the deli workers are so friendly and wrap your thin meats and cheeses in between layers so they don't stick. ( I'm from NY where that never happens ) - The pastries are to die for. They have the best tasting bakery section I have ever tried. We're here six months and I think we have tried almost everything they have lol.-they have the best pre -made fried chicken and sides if you don't feel like cooking and want some good homemade tasting meals. They have a little buffet section that can take a while to order but it's well worth the wait. They have _$5.00 sushi Wednesday's - their sushi is always fresh and amazing but taste even better when it only cost 5 bucks.- their seafood and meat always look great and taste amazing.Cons:-They can be a little pricey so look for sale items.-ummmmmm... that's all I can think of

We ordered a cake for my sister's 35th birthday with instructions for 40 pull apart cupcakes with black and yellow trim around the border. They told her it will be in the shape of a sheet cake. On the cake it was to say "0-35 real quick Mo' life" ...instead we got what you see pictured- cupcakes in the shape of 40. She's not 40, she's 35. The words were just written on the side of the cake in the box. No one called to verify any confusion. I was in a rush because it was an hour before the party. The bakery manager said they only give $10 off and expected me to pay for a totally wrong $45 cake. He said "even mistakes on wedding cakes only get $10 off" which was now insulting my intelligence. I wanted to leave the cake but they weren't stocked with any cupcakes/cakes that went with the theme of her party because they all had blue and pink frosting. I bought the cake because as I stated, there was no time for finding a new cake and the manager was not sympathetic at all even knowing that they did the cake wrong. On top of that the frosting was all black and so was everyone's teeth from eating it. Ugh!

Don't bother ordering deli meats ahead of time, they don't look at the tickets until you arrive at the time you requested. When I do arrive, they're slicing meat for the pre-sliced deli case

It has been getting worse for Publix salads. I literally buy salads from them everyday. They are caring less and less about the quality and that is not Publix. Thankfully, Subway has fresher lettuce. That's sad to say.

I absolutely love this Publix and most importantly the stress free pharmacy! I have worked with many of the people in the pharmacy, like Rafael, Ashley, Megan just to name a few.. They are all outstanding and go out of their way to help with a smile and I appreciate that in these times!! The cashiers are always waiting at the beginning of the aisle, letting you know that they're open and they can take you with a big smile and a welcoming voice! What I also love about this Publix, when the baggers or cart personnel are outside in the parking lot- you think they're just grabbing the carts or taking a break from the inside but they're actually going to our cars, while we're putting our groceries in the trunk or in the car and asking if they could help us out and I absolutely love that!! BRAVO!

Found a MK wallet lying on a little bench outside this Publix store, it jumped out at me because I've got one just like it. Opened to check for ID and saw over $130 cash and a huge stack of credit cards. Immediately called 911 and gave all my info, then went into the store to wait for an officer. As soon as I walked up to customer service, Maria behind the counter exclaimed, "It's mine!", then proceeded to check all her money to make sure I did not steal any! Her 'THANK Y

As soon as I walked up to customer service, Maria behind the counter exclaimed, "It's mine!", then proceeded to check all her money to make sure I did not steal any! Her 'THANK YOU' was about as genuine as a fake dollar bill. She was lucky that it was me who picked up her wallet and not the shady guy smoking a cigarette just a few feet away. Years ago, I left my purse in a restaurant and it was emptied of all the cash and ID and cards when I got it back from the manager. I hated the idea of it happening to another person. It would've been nice to get a sincere appreciation instead of being made to feel like a crook by the ungrateful young lady. but I wouldn't have done it any other way.

This is hands down the worst shopping experience you will ever get for groceries. I've lived in Coral Springs for over 16 years & it's never gotten any better. I will only go in there if it's an emergency and I ran out of something. It is never quick or painless though. If you want something from the deli or bakery, get ready for a long line & employees who look like the walking dead. A smile, hello or acknowledgement that your standing there will never happen. I blame the management for this. You will get great service every time from all the employees at the Chick-fil-A who are properly trained. Other issues: The rotisserie/fried chicken from the deli will run out during rush hour, the bakery has the same overpriced items from over a decade ago with nothing ever new to try. Produce is also overpriced & below standard quality. (Try Bravo for produce, top quality & cheap) Seafood department smells foul because everything is pre-frozen & thawed out. You won't get fresh seafood there, but you can get freshly made sushi.. Lol! Overall Publix prices are insanely high compared to Walmart. Although Walmart is not the most savory place to shop either, I will go there to SAVE money. Nowadays people don't care if they have to put their groceries in their car or talk to a butcher, we are in modern days where people want cheaper prices & quick service. Publix needs a complete overhaul & being one of just a few options to shop at, it should pay attention to what the modern customers needs are. For added aggravation, have fun trying to get in & out of their overpopulated parking lot & past all the solicitation at the front doors & registers. Not all of us in this neighborhood are wealthy retirees. If you can afford to pay up for groceries & service, then your better off trying Amazon Prime 2 hour grocery delivery.
