Making an appointment at this location is ridiculous, I arrived with my appointment for 11:40 and they are still attending to people who had their appointment at 11. They ended up attending to me at 12:20

We had made appointments for my wife and myself. When we tried to check in, it said we each did not have an appointment. Took several minutes until someone spoke to us, and then 10 minutes later, I spoke to someone else. 35 minutes after our appointed time, we were taken. They had no explanation or apology.

The worst website and company I have ever seen. I think their website it's fake ! We called the Coral Springs location and schedule an appointment for 31/01/2024 at 11.20 am, they sent even an confirmation code for that appointment and in the end when I showed up they said I wasn't even on the list. The questions is : WHAT's the Point to schedule an Appointment then ⁉

The only reason this isn't zero stars is because it's not an option. Had a scheduled appointment to get bloodwork for my son. So we had him out of school to get this bloodwork done while he was fasting.Our appt was for 10:20. We showed up at 10:17. 30+ people sitting in the waiting room (some patients, some family members I'm sure).1. When we arrived, the entire room was up in arms over delays. 8 walk ins on wait list in addition to appointments, all of which were behind2. Waited 20 minutes. Called us back. They asked for standard info for doctors info, etc.3. We had the script on our phone. They asked for us to email it to them and hang out in the waiting room, allowing for transmission, receipt. etc. Completely reasonable ask.4. She said it if it didn't come via email within 10 minutes, she said the only option was to leave and reschedule the appointment.5. We had driven 30 minutes with a fasting child and could we figure out how to get this done, as we have the script on our phone and in our account.6. Notified the email didn't go through. I asked for the right email information (it was). Asked for next steps. "You'll have to leave and make another appointment". They didn't even attempt to problem solve. I am confident this is not the first time this has happened. We have been to other quest locations and they helped us resolve this issue. In fact, once, someone took our phone to make sure the email was right and the info was received. Not here.7. Asked to email someone else within the facility. "No, only the scheduled technician could receive the email".8. Explained issue to a different person and the somewhat urgent nature of the issue. Asked for manager. She said she was the manager. "She said we could have it faxed over".9. Called the doctor and spoke to someone who said they literally dropped what they were doing to fax it.10. After 10 minutes later, the technician shouted from the door that we would have to get to the back of the line, as our 10 minute appointment window had expired. I asked for consideration due to the technical issues. The wait was now 60 minutes. Waited another 15 minutes and asked to make sure the fax came through to confirm the prescription.11. Was told there was only one person to ask. She was unavailable. Asked manager to check on the fax. All I hear is laughing and jokes from the team in the office. Then she tells me they didn't receive the fax (no way for me to confirm this did or didn't happen). Asked for email address again to resend. She suggested going to office depot to print out and come back. There wasn't a moment of attempt problem solving, understanding or help. It was never a consideration.12. I asked for her name. She said she wouldn't provide it. She asked me to leave the office by her and someone else.I have been taking my kids to doctors and various medical services since birth. Sure, some places are entitled to their off days, you get a tough employee. It happens. This is systemic, purposeful blocking of services and customer service. Don't take my word for it. The rating on this location is 2.4 stars. I have seen poorly run gas stations with better ratings. This place is a pure dumpster fire. You'll get more accomplished with a sewing needle and a cup at home.

AVOID THIS LOCATION to save yourself a headache and time. Had an appointment at 1:10. Checked in on my phone and my phone said to wait in the waiting room. I took a call outside of the waiting room and walked in at 1:14. My name was not on the screen so I checked in again at the kiosk. Still no name on the screen. I spoke with someone who came out so then she shouted into the front if anyone had called my name. Another staff member answered and said she had called my name twice and because I never answered I couldn’t be seen. So the staff is able to refuse patients from being seen? The waiting room had less than 10 people. Should definitely look into hiring more emotionally mature people. Terrible, will never come back to this quest.

The worse quest diagnostic office ever ...believe me do not even try to make an appointment here. My appointment was at 12.30 ..they call at 2.30 pm and thats because i complain so many times...they not even care.

Made an appointment here for 10:30, was seen at 11:00am. There were about 35 people in the waiting room. Give yourself time to park. When you walk through the main door, Quest is on the left hand side. You can check in on your phone, they send a text the morning of. If not, you can check in on the computers they offer in the waiting room. Chris called me in to draw my blood. He was efficient, nice and painless. I appreciated him. Never thought I would be giving a place that draws blood a great review. Chris made it great. Give him a raise!

I feel like this place deserves better ratings than it has. I was skeptical going given the low ratings but my experience was wonderful. The check in process was easy and smooth, the facility was clean and the staff was professional. I had an 8am appointment and was seen by 8:15 which is extremely reasonable!

Wow let's just say wow !!! The worse service ever and I am not a fighter or argue with anyone .. first of all I have no energy .. people really don't show compassion ..I'm coming from boca a accident happened made me late 15 min ..a lady with braces forgot her name show compassion ask what kind of test.. for two months no one has hyproli test .. I drive 35 min not my fault I'm late wasn't that busy but oh well ..

Quick, easy and efficient service. I'm going to assume that the bad reviews are from those who come completely unprepared for an appt. Booking is easy and so is the check-in process when you arrive. I was taken at the time of my scheduled appointment and given clear and concise instructions on what came next as I was there for a glucose test. After an hour of wait time due to the specific test, I went back in at the time they told me and was seen immediately. Be prepared with your insurance, ID, and any script the dr gives you and it'll be a breeze. Shout out to Jenny!

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Had an appointment but needed the prescription faxed because the person who can print out prescriptions wasn't there that day. Left the waiting room to call my doctor to fax the prescription (no cell service in the waiting room). When I came back 5 minutes later they told me I had left the room so I lost my appointment. I insisted on staying. Half hour later they told me they didn't get the fax. Got it resent immediately. Another half hour I hear them tell another woman their fax machine wasn't working. It's now 1.5 hours after my appointment and had to leave without getting my test done.

This is the absolute worst lab I’ve ever been to. The accept walk ins but do not prioritize them. They will make you wait literally closing hours to assist you if you’re a walk in patient with no appointment. My experience was VERY NEGATIVE and I highly recommend you go somewhere else.

The employee Jennifer X Jimenez was rude to me and many patients while I was there, then when she finally took my appointment that I have at 1 pm she took me at 3 pm and after she gave me someone else total confidential information of this patient witch I don't know I have all her pregnancy information and her test results

Today 7/31/23 09:15am I promptly checked in at a crowded full capacity waiting room of this establishment for a simple blood work.My appointment was booked for 09:30am. At 10:00am I lost my patience for not being called/served. No one of the establishment (which make’s millions of dollars) employees offered an apology or an explanation.Third world country! Inviting numerous people to maximize profits. Does not take a rocket scientist to figure this out.Be aware of this facility.
