I paid this company a massive amount of money to transport a car I bought on 12/26. It’s January 4 and have constantly come up with new excuses for not transporting my car to me. Today they told me one of their drivers fell off a trailer and sent me photos of their driver in the hospital, which seems grossly unprofessional and manipulative. They’re now saying the earliest they can deliver my car is January 8. That’s over two weeks between buying the car and actually having it in my possession. Meanwhile I’m actually paying for the car and insurance as if I have them. I feel scammed. Their poor management of their workforce and their unsafe work environment aren’t my problem as a paying customer.
Edit: I finally got my car two weeks after I was supposed to and it arrived with a damaged bumper that it took them another week to even entertain the idea of taking responsibility for. Then the owner Hector called the dealer whining about how I left a review with screenshots of his grotesquely unprofessional behavior, asking the dealer to ask me to remove them, saying that it’s because his phone number. He didn’t even have the balls to talk to me directly, but asked the dealer to get me to remove screw caps from the review. So anyway, I’ve reattached this without his phone number.
Still waiting to see if I can get reimbursed for the damage they did to my vehicle. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST, both as a dealer and a a buyer!

Very happy with Rite way transport. Paul Sinclair was very knowledgeable and helpful with our situation. Price was not too expensive as well. Our truck, that was not running was picked up and delivered without any damage or problems other then the original problem. Price never changed like other transporters. It was what we were told it was going to be from the beginning. Thank you Rite Way Transport. We highly recommend them.

Rite Way was referred by the dealership we were purchasing a car from. From the first introduction email to the follow-up texts after our car had been delivered Josh P. and his drivers, answered all of our questions and concerns, in a timely fashion, from picking up (in NY) to delivery at our house (in WA).
Would highly recommend and will use again, when we need to transport our vehicles across country.
