horrible t mobile authorized retailer, do not go there, i went for a iphone 15 pro black and they had none in stock , no t mobile store in 100 miles had iphone 15 pro in black, so i proceed to order the iphone 15 pro black , in the store , they told me it would be delivered directly to the store. which was completely a lie, i got a tracking confirmation from UPS and they could not deliver the iphone to the store because of“ incomplete delivery address “ so they sent the iphone back and i had to pay 80 dollars to order the phone and they never delivered it to the store. so i called the t mobile store and they told me that“ they do not receive phones to their stores “so at this point i had a headache and was frustrated so i went to the t mobile store again and told them to just order the iphoneto my house, they told me i had TO PAY 200 DOLLARS TO ORDER THE PHONE TO MY HOUSE BECAUSE THEIR WAS A ORDER ALREADY IN THE SYSTEM AND THAT I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE IPHONE IS RETURNED BACK SO THAT ORDER CAN BE OUT OF THE SYSTEM WHICH TAKES 10 - 15 DAYS , I LEFT THE STORE AND WENT DIRECTLY TO APPLEWHERE THEY HAD THE IPHONE 15 PRO BLACK IN STOCK. i ended up getting my phone in apple and stayed with my carrierAND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY 80 DOLLAR REFUND FROM T MOBILE FOR THE IPHONE I ORDERED TO THE STORE THAT NEVER GOT DELIVERED , ITS BEEN 15 DAYS ALREADY.do not come to this store the employees do not know what they are doing.

Can I. Here to drop off equipment. They refused to collect the equipment saying have to go to the "authorized retailer on university, were not an authorized retailer." Um... Okay.... They proceed to show me the address for a T-Mobile around the block and say "you see how this says authorized retailer on the Google maps?". Come back to my care to put it in my own Google maps, and come to see that THEIR location IS listed as authorized retailer. It didn't make sense when I was in the store but I'm really not in any mood to fight with anyone who is OBVIOUSLY I competent and that the real reason they turned me away.Update:I went to the store on university. The manager there CONFIRMED to me that this location ABSOLUTELY can take equipment back.DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! IF THEY ARE WILLING TO LIE TO YOU ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO ACCEPT RETUN EQUIPMENT WHAT ELSE WILL THEY LIE ABOUT? SHADY SHADY SHADY. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Went into T-Mobile and was serviced by an employee name DaSean, his customer service exceeded my expectations, he went above and beyond what I expected, managed to get a couple new things, and still ended having a reasonable monthly bill. He made sure that we left without any issues or questions unanswered. Definitely will come back to see him again for future needs and wants.
