The lady’s that work here are as rude as can be, they slammed the door in my face, and 3 others, said they were closed but their atm don’t work so we needed to withdraw money, they had 8 people inside in line, 3 more wouldn’t of made a difference! I tried to explain I needed cash and she looked at me as if I was a low life scum, scoffed at me and then stormed away throwing her hand around rudely!!! I’m closing my accounts and moving to a different bank that has some hospitality

Unbelievably slow even when there's no one in the bank. Constant high percentage of mistakes. Deposit in wrong account, deposit incorrect amount, etc. I try to avoid this branch as much as possible. I can't believe Truist allows this kind of sloppy work. Worst banking branch I've had to deal with in 30 years.

Terrible customer service. Walked in on a Saturday and bank was slow .. I found them all lazy did not want to do anything except watch the clock until closing time they were also discussing a client out loud who was not happy with the service and I agree the service is terrible especially from shamilla.. her tone is rude and she thinks she owns the bank. Was not helpful at all . I will close all accounts I have with Thai bank especially business accounts. Just terrible

Wow this branch does not care about its clients at all. Do not bank here. Employees are rude and even tell you that they don't want your service. All because i asked for help with a hold.

My husband and I switched over our personal and business accounts to Suntrust from BB&T prior to the merger. The Wilton Manors branch staff is wonderful. They know us by name whenever we walk-in really help when we need it. We only hope they will be rolling out the mobile deposit feature for our business accounts soon. Other than that, we truly enjoy the service we have received from Suntrust in Wilton Manors.

Love non working ATMS, long lines with incompetent tellers, and your day being ruined by going to the bank..? If so this banks for you. Literally the biggest mistake of my life opening up an account with these people. This branch has two very nice people, the rest are complete wastes. You're better off just keeping your money in your closet. If you need to deposit money in the ATM, you're out of luck because they never work!! This company is a fraud.

I would choose zero if the App allowed me to. A woeful experience with them. I can only hope that the coming merger phases out as many of the SunTrust personnel as possible. I came in to cash a small, simple payroll check from a well-known establishment to which have many employees all known to the bank and yet their verification process to cash my check was so excessively lengthy that it burned up all the time I had and I was forced to retrieve the check and simply deposit into my own bank.
