The frozen food section they had food expired by a year on sale. Told the manager and they removed the expired items immediately. Attentive staff.

I went to this target for the special (target) edition of onyx storm. And although I see so many negative things on apps like Tik Tok about how terrible target handled this, I don’t believe that was my experience. They brought the showcase right to the door, a man came out and was very polite/stayed the whole time to answer questions, and asked us just to stay organized (which hopefully we did). Thanks target, I love my copy and I’m happy you had a just enough to cover everyone who waited outside.

Went yesterday 12/13/24. Long lines at few registers they had open. Self checkouts not open about 11:40 am. Self checkouts don't open till 12 pm. They did open self checkouts a little early. Either open more registers or open self checkouts when the store opens, especially during the busy season. Poor management.

Merry Christmas to all. Thank you Target for always providing my favorite products, the hot $5.99 chicken better than Publix or Whole Foods. I love the Coconut Oil shampoo and conditioner. My favorite cashier is the older Jamaican lady who is thick and beautiful like me. She is glowing with happiness even with rude customers. Patient and sweet. I am a DIVA like Mariah Carey, lets celebrate the season with joy, Target products, and music. Let's Make it happen, cause all I want for Christmas is peace.

Since Covid hit and retail has been severely understaffed customer service for most retail stores went downhill. I’ve encountered quite a few workers who could care less about providing a welcoming/warm shopping experience. While I prefer to do my Black Friday or any shopping online these days we decided to pop in to our nearest Target and I’m glad we did. It’s great to go into a store and get great customer service. This evening I take my hats off to KENNEDY and SUVANNE who was very patient in assisting myself and family during our check out process. Both ladies went above and beyond to assist us patiently w/smiles and we truly appreciate it. We had quite a few questions regarding items in-store vs. online, questions regarding the Target app vs website and they were all answered. These two definitely deserve accolades on their people skills and customer service. Top notch employees, thank you ladies!!! Target please find a way to celebrate your employees, especially ones who really put effort into their jobs as these two have. Wishing you both a wonderful holiday season.

I came to do a DoorDash delivery 10/14/24 in the evening around 7:45pm and the sweetest employee helped me look for my items. She was deaf and even went as far as to pull out her phone and write me directions on what isle to find what I was looking for. Wish I got her name but she was a deaf lady and went above and beyond, employees like that are what brighten people day, give her a big thank you for me!

BIKE PARKING RATING ONLY: Please add more bike parking. I am aware that Target isn't the only store in the plaza, but it does attract most of the clientele. I frequent this plaza on my bike but find it hard to find bike parking. There's only a single post that allows for two bicycles. For the time being, Walmart, with its sine wave metal bike parking is where I feel most confident leaving my bike to get shopping done.

When you go into Walmart you expect horrible customer service, but when you go into Target your expectations are different. Except today, the target in Coral Springs provided Walmart like customer service when it came into asking for help for using a manufacturer coupon. If this is the way people get treated at Target, it’s best to just go to Walmart, at least I will be compensated with a lower price because of their lower standards in customer service. Instead of paying more money at Target and get treated like that.

I love Target. Let me get that out of the way first. But some not all need and deserve more training. I went to the store this morning and I had hair products, produce and dry food. She placed everything in one bag. I didn’t appreciate that so I asked for another bag and I said I didn’t want my produce with my hair products. She handed me the bag and got her cell phone.
