I have my mortgage through TD Bank. In 2023, they: 1. Do not provide an ability to make payments through online banking. 2. Do not provide the ability to get documents, like mortgage interest, online 3. Will not email or use any electronic distribution of my mortgage interest statement. The only way is: 1) Snail mail, or 2) Go to the bank in person 4. Will not add my spouse to the account without a letter (again, snail mail) to do so. I am amazed they could still be in business.

Atms can be glitchy, I just go to the counter. The tellers are great.

Sadly i had to go to this branch for an issue with my account , i arrive at 11 : 30 am , we were reveived by donal R. a customer service representative ; we spent almost 2 hours waiting on the phoneline and no answer ; after see how the banker watching his screen without do anything to solve our needs , and be resourceful and willing to help the customer , their only phrase was " sorry but you have to go because we close at 1 pm "We were thrown into the street , because they have to goNo response , No solutions , No alternatives , No will to help the customer , it seems that this persons works because they have to , not for TD Bank , policies and Services.Beware to go this branch because this branch , reflect the lack of service , It shows that is no manager (Mathew A.) that take care the company policies through the branch

First of all, let me say Hello TD bank, this review is not about your company...but, about Monica one of your CSR at your online center...Shes is a keeper...her voice is friendly which leave a smile on your face she has a contagious laughter that calms you down instantaneously, But it's not just her sense of humor that makes Monica stand out. She's also incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to help out her customers. Whether you need to open a new account, or just have a question about your statement, Monica's got you covered. And she'll do it all with a smile on her face and a spring in her attitude, She proves that you can be professional and still have a great day at work She's the best thing to happen to TD bank since the invention of the ATM. And believe me I have dealt with the CSR team alot...

I will never go back to this TD Bank ever againthey are so slow. One teller and a bunch of people waiting in line. Doesn’t make any sense at all on a Saturday

I appreciate all your help but it was another screw up hey how long did I have to wait for them to resend my money hearts up TD I'll miss you and how long I wait till they resent my money exactly that's why I stay cant screw up lonely remember I called the other boss who acted like I never did it

They did there best to help me but my name is not Robin A Lafleur. They gave me a check for money from someone's savings account that is not closed. They tried to give me money from their checking account but I did not accept it and had to call the police. I made an appointment from my new phone but they wouldn't let me open an account

I received an email offer last year to open a savings account with substantial money and receive a bonus after 6 months.The 6 months is gone and I didn't get the bonus. They claim I didn't use "new" money to open the account. I had transferred "new" money online the day before from another bank to to my TD checking and then it was used the next day to open the savings account. Sure sounds like new money to me... I opened the account in person, so obviously their rep knew what I was doing.I've had nothing but negative issues with this bank over the past 4 years. I don't often need to go inside, but it always results in poor service.

This branch has always been very helpful to me since moving to this area. I am very late to posting this but a few months ago I was about to leave for a flight and realized my debit card was missing. I called into the branch and spoke with associate Chris (I am hoping I am remembering his name correctly). Chris was able to go ahead and create a new debit card for me and discontinue the old number to avoid risk of fraud. I was in and out of the branch within minutes as Chris was waiting for me to come in and finalize card activation. I didn't miss my flight and had no fraudulent charges on my card. I cannot thank him and TD enough!
