THE STORE HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR THE WEEK AND MY DAUGHTER AND SONS CHRISTMAS ATTIRE THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO WEAR TO SCHOOL FOR CHRISTMAS SPIRIT WEEK IS NOW STILL AT THE STORE BECAUSE APPARENTLY THEY SYSTEM HAS BEEN DOWN EVEN THO ITS AN ONLINE ORDER AND NOT A NEW PURCHASE. SO I GUESS THEY WONT GET THEIR CHRISTMAS GIFTS AND ATTIRE UNTIL AFTER CHRISTMAS OR WHEVER THEY DECIDE TO OPEN THEIR STORE AGAIN. Common how cheap is your system that your business is closed for weeks!!! Smh THATS VERY INCONVENIENT AFTER PPL SOEND THEIR MONEY TO HAVE THESE ITEMS READY FOR THEIR KIDS.

I experienced Friendly customer service! They do not have gymboree clothes at this location but I was able to return/exchange gymboree clothes easily. Just make sure to have your order number. I wish the store was large enough to have gymboree clothes too. The store is well organized. I had a nice experience!

At the children place that girl name Tisha o, she didn’t want to exchange, my daughter shirt they gave me a hard time she was saying that the shirt I have they was $6.99 and the ones that I was taking was $5.99 that I had to take the same thing I wasn’t complaining about the different I just want to change it for a different color I will be canceling my card I have been a costumer for a very long time and if I could I will give you haft of a start but they don’t have that option they have to work on there costumer service

Store lacks customer service. Made an online order to pick-up in store and was told to stand in the line; it's not what's said, it's how it's said. The staff have no sense of urgency.

Unprofessional, unwelcoming demeanor from both staff members. Could be the norm or the culture of the store. Their behaviors seemed to be "normal" to them and how they engaged/not engage with customers with an attitude. Customer service is a tough job. I wish them happiness, love and joy in their future and I hope other customers won't be turned off from shopping there.

Just left the mall with intentions of visiting this location but of my surprise the store is closed. There is no sign posted. Very inconvenience.

One of my favorite stores for kids clothing but I was there over the weekend with my daughter and Granddaughter who was in a stroller and we could not even walk through the store and had to leave. What happens if a mother comes in with a child that is disabled and in a wheelchair cause there is no room for a stroller. Disappointed

This store was well replenished with school apparel, and accessories. Sales team always remind you you enter your name or number to get the get your points and/or redeem points towards your purchase.

Alexander, the cashier/clerk was rude, absolutely un-helpful. The guy really needs a lesson in customer service and how to treat people. Every one has their own issues going on, and certainly doesnt need attitude from a "customer service" individual at a store!

I wish I could give them a 0 star rating!!!! Their customer service is horrible and mediocre. After placing an online order for in store pick up, it said that I would be notified when my order was ready for pick up. I waited and waited but never received any email, so I decided to call the store to find out what's going on. When I called the place nobody picked up, to the point where I had to hang up everytime( mind you I called several times). So I decided to go to the store, when I got there to pick up my stuff I was then informed that they never received my order im their system and that happened today with a previous order that someone made,etc. So one of them told me that I should just cancel the items and walked away, so I told another employee thatvit didn't give me that option and she went ahead and ask this girl if she could do it, she said yes and ask for my name and I guess pulled up the order and just told me, ok done and started walking away. So I'm like an i going to received an email stating that it was cancelled, and she nonchalantly said yes. When i looked at her a certain way, she was like and you will receive your money back within 3-5 business days so I said ok. Then I asked her if i don't receive the email tonight within a couple of minutes to an hour(like she said I would) should I come back here and let you guys know, this rude girl had the audacity of just shrugging her shoulders(I honestly don't know where they find these types of people to work as a salesperson).

Tried to return two items yesterday for either refund or store credit. Store personnel insisted that we could only exchange for the same outfit but different size due to the time frame. She said we had to return in 45 days. We explained to her that we would have returned it in time if it wasn't for Hurricane Irma. We left south florida and went to TN. Today i did the math on the actual order date and realized one purchase was only 44 days (as of yesterday) and the other 52 days. I feel in light of the natural disaster and the state of affairs on South Florida they should have correctly accepted the return for the item that was within the 45 day window and provided some leniency for the other item and allow a store credit or exchange for another product.
