Sure they have inventory but they will lie about when items ship. Also will call and try and upsell you but forget to tell you about discounts. Find someone else. These people are not worth the aggravation of dealing with.

I had ordered the vacuum bags and realized that this is not the company whose vacuum system is. So I called and talk to the agent and he walk me through how to cancel on line. And after few days I still got the bags which I don't needed.

Absolutely revolting customer service. Look at their yelp reviews to get a real impression of who they actually are. Extremely disrespectful and pathetic business. Will not be surprised when they fail. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I had a unique situation where a needed a part fast. The one I ordered wasn’t going to get to me in time. Lisa and the team pulled out all the stops and found a substitute that will work even better than what I originally selected. I’ve added them to my contacts list for the next time I need anything.

Deidre from ThinkVacuums was exceptional. After I explained my issue, she thoughtfully presented several alternative solutions, clearly outlining the pros and cons of each. I ultimately decided to purchase a new unit at a great price, and Deidre generously included extra piping and fittings to simplify the installation process. It was a pleasure speaking with a Customer Service Specialist who truly understands the product and could confidently guide me to the best solution.

I ordered a product online from this company. Then I received a phone call from a company employee leaving a message saying that she needed to talk to me before shipping the product. I assumed there was some question relevant to the product I had ordered, or some problem with payment. Nope! The employee was a sales representative and she was luring me into a phone call to sell me other stuff that I don't want or need. She tried to pressure me and I refused. After I hung up the phone, she sent an email pushing the same product. The email closed with an overtly religious message, which is grossly inappropriate in business correspondence.
I've purchased a few things from this company before. I won't ever shop there again.

super simple process - I sent pictures via email to David to confirm I was ordering correct item, placed order got a call from Deidre to confirm order and will be receiving it this week.
Thank you for making this a painless event- I don't normally order online.

After two attempts to get correct parts to connect my new Drain Vac Little Giant vacuum to match up with my old Kenmore piping I finally connected with associate Deidre who intelligently and professionally helped me get the right parts.

Sent picture of old hose and received one that did not fit, returned it at our cost $54 and 3 weeks later still waiting for refund. The hose cost more than $400.
Got another one from another company and perfect fit!
Item has been returned since July 16 and after numerous chat and a phone call we are still waiting for our refund!
We were told yesterday to wait until the end of this week and call again?????

I was fortunate enough to have had Diedre get my call twice in a row. First she helped me by indicating where the filter should be placed in the vacuum housing, Once it worked I realized that my hose needed to be replaced. When I called for that Diedre got the call and easily helped me with the purchase of a new hose. Having a Nutone vacuum system which has been taken over by the Canadian Drainvac Corporation it is comforting to know there is an American company I can go to for service and supplies. If all the Think Vacuums staff are as pleasant and knowledgable as Diedre this company will be helping consumers for a long time..

I had the pleasure of talking to Lisas on several occasions and each time she was willing to take time to answer all my questions. When it was time to place my order, she, too, was able to help me with that. It was nice doing business with THINK VACCUMS and should I need additional ehlp or equipment, I would not hesitate to call on Lisas again.

Such a good experience! The Contractor kit I originally ordered was missing the power head etc because they were out of stock. Deidre G. Answered my call and was amazing! She upgraded from the original champion kit to the elite at no extra charge and said it will be delivered in a few days. Awesome customer service!!
