“Amazing place with a lot of really solid info! Not interested in the sale but more so getting to know the customer. Will Deff be back! Doesn’t feel like you’re being hounded just for a sale!”

“I ran out of my vape juice and can’t find it anywhere. I went in there and they were super helpful in helping me find a replacement and even gave me a bottle on the house to try. Super helpful and I will be back!”
“Thank you Hookup, great variety! Thank you Alexis for always having my usual ready for me as I’m walking in the door, you are such a sweet person !! This store has hired the best employee !!”
“I recently visited this family-owned cigar shop and was genuinely impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and authentic—exactly what you hope for in a traditional cigar lounge.
What stood out most was the honesty and knowledge of the staff. Instead of trying to upsell the most expensive cigars, they took the time to ask what I liked and recommended several options that fit my taste perfectly. You can tell they care about building relationships with their customers rather than just making a quick sale.
The humidor was well maintained and stocked with a great selection, from well-known brands to some excellent boutique cigars. Everything was fresh, properly stored, and clearly organized. The shop itself had a comfortable, relaxed vibe that made it easy to spend time browsing and talking cigars.
Quality service, fair prices, and genuine hospitality are hard to find these days, but this shop delivers all three. It’s refreshing to support a family business that takes pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends who appreciate a good cigar and honest service. Welcome to 100 club!!!”
“Genisis is actually my girl, she knows exactly what’s gonna hit everytime. She helps me with any questions or concerns I’ve ever have had in the past so I definitely recommend coming here for your local needs”
“I meet with a fine gentleman (Santosh) today, who has refined sales skills. In-addition all workers at the shop greet and treat me as I was family, always. I would only go to Smoke Shop Universal for my errands.”
“Steve - Coral Springs - greated me and helped me out 100% from the moment I walked in their door.. So much more better than the Margate store thst I went to yesterday (if you are sick Nelly, stay home-don't take it out on others)!! Thanks Steve in Coral Springs for helping me and greating me like a customer should be treated instead of like an being an intrusion of your space like I felt like at he Margate store!! I will spend my money where it's appreciated (at the Coral Springs store)!! ?”
“My favorite wine, beer and alcohol store. Nice selection of Kosher wines and liquor (plus a few Kosher beers).
The staff is quite knowledgeable about their products, and helpful as well.
Clean, organized and fairly good prices.”
