My experience at HD was horrible the other day. The head cashier named kelly or kelle whatever her name was, was very rude to me. While she was checking me out someone she knew came up to her starting problems and interrupted my check out experience, and after that, she completely ignored me and walked away. Very unprofessional and continued to go on her phone while she was eating her snacks. Will never enter the HD again as long as she works there!

My 5 stars is directed for two of the best experiences I had with one worker of Home Depot Coral Springs, his name is Mirtza , for me he was very knowledgeable about locations of everything I asked for, he was able to assist with loading the merchandise on my cart and most of all his patience to acknowledge other customers while caring for me is above the service I expected from a Home Depot employee. The PRO area has a couple people also that I will get their names and make sure I give a good review they work early mornings and is always ready to help. Great team.

Sadly, I cannot give this location a better rating. Went here today to get a rayobi I cutting tool. The location was fairly busy, which I understand, but the three employees passing by could not help me find a tool (I had pulled up online), because they did not have the keys. They all directed me towards a worker who was cutting keys, which people were already waiting for to help with their items. So, after standing around for about 10 min, she was able to find my product. However, when she handed me the item, I was checking to make sure it was what I needed, she said, "it's the only cutter we have." Other than that, everything seemed mostly in stock and somewhat organized. Only self checkout and customer service lines seemed to be open. It just seems like the employees breaking down boxes should be able to help find customers' items when asked. Since there are always people standing around, waiting to get their things.

We were in line with other three customers waiting for half an hour to duplicate keys.

I love this location. They're extremely kind, helpful, and the parking area is easy to navigate even when picking up larger orders.

Purchased a washer, dryer and a vacuum. Same day they were delivered they go on sale and Home Depot will not honor their sales price. I'd recommend shopping at Lowes. Very disappointed

I went into the store recently to get a Halloween decoration for our school and when I tried to get help from 3 different employees, they all blew me off and told me to go see someone else. I was shocked!!! What attitudes. I clearly need to drive the extra mile to Lowes in the future.

I purchased 2 faucets for 261.00 with a scheduled delivery of October 13th. I received a garden hose instead. When I called the problem became compounded and after an hour on the phone the customer service rep ordered the faucets for me. However, the price on the screen shot was different than the price on the email confirming the purchase. I will not order anything online again if this is the type of service I received. I had requested the faucets be sent to my home but because I received the garden hose, I had to manually return it to the store as the procedure for a pickup was very complicated. This morning I noticed that my credit card had been refunded for the first set of faucets, and the wrong amount is now pending on my credit card for the new faucets. For a large corporation you would think they could handle correctly an order for two faucets. If I could give them a minus rating I would! B. Quick

Clearly a corporate giant that has lost touch with the average client that visits and purchases thru this big box chain. We had an order arrive and due to size it was suggested we call ahead so item could be pulled and available in the Pro area. We called and employee immediately said no and wasn't necessary. We insisted and shared the previous warning and size of item being picked up. Guess what ... employee took name and order number and then did NOTHING. We arrived to find the item was never pulled and we would need to wait. This was not an issue to us, but clearly put additional stress on store during lunch on Saturday afternoon. You were called almost 4 hours earlier. While HD is truly a gem in design over Lowes, their employees, management and general staffing show true South Florida laziness. Nobody cares and everybody points to others or simply says NO. I guess it's simply HD being too big for its britches !

They do not answer calls. But when on rare occasions they do answer a call, the person on the line has a thick Haitian/Jamaican accent, which make it difficult to understand.

I ordered a custom new front door which has never shown in my purchases. After it arrived at the Coral Springs Home Depot, it took three weeks for the installers to pick it up. The door is too narrow and does not close properly. The installer blamed a faulty weather Stripping which he wrote on the order, but the store manager, Maria, did not order the replacement until I had made many phone calls and tried to buy it myself when the installer came out and told her it needed the custom weather Stripping. It has been more than 2 weeks with a door not closing right and daylight in both upper corners and all along the opening side when shut. Maria said I needed to buy a new handle since the spring was said to be broken on the new Quickset lock. I spent $150 on the Schlage lock which is also now hard to turn due to improper door installation. The door puts too much pressure on the lock. I was not given the work permit and keep being told by J&G installers that it is on process if being renewed. Permit office told me they never paid the fee for renewal. I have checked with Maria multiple times about the status of the weather Stripping she ordered, but have had no projected delivery date. The installers have also sent her a note per Vanessa, but there us no response. Meanwhile my ac is going out the door, the expensive lock is stressed, and no permit has ever surfaced so I can't get an inspector out here. The gap is so wide that no weather Stripping will fix it. The installers on April 8 kept banging the door trying to get it to close. The upper left corner of the door is bent.

Very nice employees and management but they need to make a system where they stop the clock for the returning rentals instead of paying for time waiting in line to return the rental truck

This is the closet Home Depot to me. I frequent here mainly for light bulbs and plants. I have no problem finding anyone when I need help. And if anyone does help me they always seem knowledgeable. They have self check out. Which seems what a lot of stores are doing these days. Lol I'll never understand having to check myself out and pay...

I placed an order in the store for 20 boxes of tile. My better half and I were really excited about updating the 30 year old tile in the house. They stated it would be ready for pickup by noon on the 11th of November. I arrived at the store around 5 pm and was informed that the tile never arrived. Wait a second...let me check my phone. No missed calls and no messages. Before I could say anything, customer service slashed what they could do to make it right. My answer, deliver it free of charge. She revised the order for it to be delivered from another store on Saturday, the 20th of November. I called Friday night to confirm and was told it was in the system for delivery between 0600 and 2000. Fourteen hours?!? The gentlemen reassured me that it will more than likely be in the morning and they would call. Ok, I was satisfied. So here I am, the day AFTER the scheduled delivery with no tiles. I went to the stores again. Informed them I wanted to speak to a manager. The manager...Jennifer. Customer service asked why and she called the manager. The manager said she was with a customer and it will be a while. So I asked customer service to find out what happened. The delivery was cancelled and rescheduled for the 24th of November Well guess who is out of town? She continued to deep dive and called the other store. Apparently the other store attempted delivery. Wait...I looked at me phone with no missed calls and no messages. Liars. So the other store rescheduled delivery for the 24th of November. They called someone else from customer service and he could no make heads or tails of it and said it was scheduled for the 24th of November. Fine...I CANCELLED the order. By the way, I was there for over 30 minutes and Jenifer still did not show. Well...guess who is taking their remodeling business elsewhere. Good luck to Jenifer and the rest of The Home Depot team. You will need it.
