Second time going to see a Lex to get my hair done. She knows what she’s doing with cuts, curly hair, and colors!!! I completely changed up my colors and cut. I’ve never gotten so many compliments before! She’s super sweet, easy to hold a conversation with, I’m super shy but she makes me feel comfortable. I can tell her if I don’t like something or if we can change something in the middle of doing my hair and there’s no judgement whatsoever. She actually encourages you to let her know exactly what you want! Very professional and warm hearted. She’s the only reason I come to this Ulta.

Most definitely recommend booking with Lex!!! I’ve booked with her 3 times and she never disappoints me!!! For haircuts or if you’re looking to do something different and crazy, She is so talented and amazing! She will work with any of your ideas and make them 1,000 better!! Thank you so much Lex!! You’re the best!!!

Upon entering the store, I was immediately profiled. Two sales associates quickly rushed over and began following me closely. I could feel them behind me as I moved through the aisles, which made me extremely uncomfortable.
When I approached a staff member who was waxing eyebrows to ask for assistance, she responded with a harsh tone and a look of disgust, yelling, “I’m busy—ask someone else,” before rolling her eyes. She even paused mid-task just to be rude instead of simply directing me to someone who could help.
At checkout, the associate made it feel like I was an inconvenience. There was no eye contact, no greeting, no warmth—just a cold and dismissive attitude.
The environment felt unwelcoming, especially as black women in the store. I was genuinely disappointed to be treated this way when I came to spend my hard-earned money. I’ve rated my experience a 2 only because two kind employees did eventually try to assist after seeing how uncomfortable the situation had become.
No one should be made to feel judged or unwelcome, especially in a place of business.

It’s never chaotic in this store and I can always shop around and find what I need. I prefer coming here over Sephora (friendlier staff)

Norae is an absolute gem! I love ulta and i love the associates but norae really stood out for me. She took her time with me and helped me find exactly what i needed. I wish there were more ways to tell her thanks you! She is a real light and really brings a positive energy to ulta! SHES AMAZINGGGGG

I try time and time again to give this location a chance but they are the worst, I placed a pickup order and asked my mom to pick it up, I was on the phone with her provided the order number she also showed ID and they refused to give her the order. The employee is also talking to me on the phone, I asked her to show me how to switch the name on order pick up and she said she wasn’t sure. I feel bad because I asked my mom to drive 25 mins away for NOTHING. The employees at this location always have an attitude and never helpful or try to help resolve a situation. Even though it’s out of my way, I will drive to the Tower shops or Pembroke Pines location from now on because they know customer service unlike this location

My hairstylist Lex is genuinely the only reason why I come to this location. She's incredibly kind and professional and you can tell she genuinely cares for her clients. I love how my hair turns out every time I see her and highly recommend her to people I know.

Lex did an amazing job on my haircut! She really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything came out perfect. My hair feels so much healthier, and the deep conditioner she recommended made a huge difference—my hair have never felt softer or more defined. She’s super sweet, professional, and knows what she’s doing. Definitely booking with her again!

Terrible experience! Had a day off with my daughter and thought to have a mommy daughter day and catch up on all my makeup that I have been meaning to buy, I manage restaurants, my sister is getting married and I’m looking for makeup for that event.. I’m enjoying my day and taking my time , trying new products bonding with my kid, I have 2 ulta employees assisting me and it started great.. until I start getting followed and harassed by managers and security and I can TELL I’m being followed around.. now I’m not enjoying my time and I feel like I’m being bullied for being there an hour and a half the manager said to me.. and I said yes I have a lot to catch up on .. I thought that was funny she would approach me and say that.. but when security started following me I was like okay you know what… this is uncomfortable for anyone to feel like a criminal when Im building my basket of long overdue products .. I paid for my things and left. We used to shop here a lot! I felt so disrespected. This was So unprofessional especially for management.
The store was so under stocked I had to circle the aisles many times to find other brands and test those and it was all very frustrating for me.
I drive a nice car and have a good job , last thing I’m trying to do is steal makeup.. get a life.

This is the second issue I had with this location. The first my appointments that were made online were not scheduled however I had my text messages from them. They turned me away. Today I had an appointment which was made at least 3 months ago. When I get there the stylist tried to talk me out of the service I wanted. Then she proceeded to tell me that she would have to cut my hair first because of the dry ends. ( I wanted it cut anyways) Next, she tells me oh I don't have the proper rollers for your hair. Well, that isn't my fault. This is a salon, you should have all the necessary tools. I ended up and walked out with nothing to show for it. I took it as she really didn't want to service me. That's ok because I will NEVER go back. My money will be spent elsewhere. DO NOT GO THERE!
