If I could give zero or negative stars I would. The lady who works there is totally rude with no reason. You could feel her bad vibes all over the place. She is misserable at her job. I agree with the last review. If she is miserable she should quit and do something she loves. I will never go back.

Very rude and loud office. Very unprofessional, always so loud and talking across the office about their weekends and personal business. I literally hate coming here.

Wedding invitations were mailed from Jacksonville to relatives in Coral Springs and south broward area 3 weeks ago, and none of them have received them. However, relatives and friends from Miami,Orlando,and in Georgia did receive them and on time. What is going on? This is disappointing.

Slowest PO I’ve ever used. Always has 1 person working, wait time is at least 20-30 mins. People working there are rude and unpleasant. The worst place to do any shopping business. I try to avoid it when I can, but sometimes I can’t and I do not look forward to going there.

I loved how kind and attentious friends in the Post Office were with me.
We had a problem in the mail box in our condo and we were not receiving our letters. I went to the Post Office and the lady stayed with me until she found my letters.

The place is always packed, and the line is out the door. Whoever's in charge of scheduling needs to get their act together. The staff is friendly, but they're always stressed out because they're so understaffed. Management needs to take a look at how they're running things and make some changes.

I was on the phone for about an hour, finally got to schedule a re-delivery where I specifically asked for the option to get the package dropped at my front door. The delivery person decided to completely ignore this even though it is an option USPS offers, and I just got instructions to go pick it up to their office. Why do you offer options if you're going to do whatever you prefer?

Today went to the post office in Coral spring because I stop my mail for a week on line and I do have confirmation
This morning mailman dint bring the back mail
Lady was very rude with me and said I dint put a hold the delivery
I let see the confirmation on my email on my phone
She went back and returned said nothing I can do
I ask you to speak with the supervisor and said no on is in the office
I ask to speak with same one on top position (she did get more difensive after)
She said right your contact on a paper and she will have same one call me and she leve on the counter I need to go to go to the bathroom
DIS is NOT professional at all
Let see wend I will receive the call back
2 day are pass still no call to me if I will run my business in the same way I will not have business

Horrible place. Workers stand around talking to each other while the line of customers is so long it goes out the door.

Sarah did a great help in making sure that I got my very important document from USCIS which was initially delivered to my old address. I called the customer number and raised an incident and soon after that Sarah called me and followed up with me and did everything she could do to get my document deliver to my new address. Extremely happy with her response and efforts. Thank you soo much SARAH.
