I love, love, love my neighborhood Walgreens. It's so much more convenient to drive here and pick up my cosmetic and personal needs than to drive to Wal Mart or target further out. The staff here specifically is pretty great and always recognizes me and give me a warm welcome. I love feeling like I'm known and welcome. The photo services are my favorite here over anywhere else and I love the Walgreens rewards program. Because I shop often, I get a lot of great deals.

I've had many unpleasant visits here and have also reached out to the manager in regards to their customer service, but nothing seems to improve. Unfortunately today, I dealt with yet another unpleasant interaction with an employee at this particular location. I placed an online photo order and picked it up a couple of days ago. I realized when I came home that what she charged me in store was more than what was stated on my online receipt. I tried to return on the same day to have it corrected, but the line was too long. When I returned today, 2 days later, I was talked down by a lady named Rubina, and she kept telling me I didn't understand her, and a bunch of other nonsense. She basically was saying I'm a liar in so many words and said she had to "review the cameras". I told her ok that's fine. Then she proceeded to say the manager wasn't there and she can't do anything about it. What? I'm confused. So why are we arguing back and forth if you can't do anything?????

Absolutely judgmental and difficult pharmacist. The female pharmacist is great but the male pharmacist denies prescription from Doctors he doesn't like. I'm extremely disappointed by the actions of this man and will never use that pharmacy or store again. He should be terminated immediately.

Not the first time waiting in the drive thru over 15 minutes but sitting in my car and watching the manager give his back without acknowledging my presence not once after ringing the bell takes the cake. When he finally came to the window after over the 15 minutes his answer for my complaint on a product that was missing medication was that a Manager would reach out to me!!! 4 days later not one phone call. My next call is to the pharmaceutical company to file a formal complaint.

Went into the store to purchase some Melissa & Doug items that were on clearance to donate to the local children's hospital. All items were supposed to be 90% off, when the manager was called over she told me "no. And we can't do price adjustments" when I asked why they could not price adjust as I had a receipt for another location showing the items were on sale the manager said nothing and walked away. She was incredibly rude. I understand procedure and if they cannot do a price adjustment but to literally walk away from a customer in the middle of a conversation is poor customer service and very rude. The cashier was very nice and apologetic.

0 Stars, They do not honor Covid-19 Vaccine Appointments. As I was leaving my house to go to my appointment the store called me to tell me that they've ran out of vaccines and to come another time. I was told I can come the next day at the same time. I show up 15 minutes early to find a line which I wait through and get to the front of the line after 20 minutes to just have the Walgreen associates take people with prescriptions ahead of me in the "Covid-19 Vaccine Check In" window. I guess prescriptons mean more to them then vaccinating the public during a pandemic. If or when I get a vaccine it will not be at this store.

I stopped going to this store. This store has terrible assistant managers, some of the regular employees are rude, and the (male) pharmacy manager has an attitude. They treat people (customers) very bad at this store. I started taking my business to CVS as a result. Walgreens as a company generally only cares about their profit, not about people.

Usually the staff here is very good- pleasant, accommodating. This morning I dealt with a very unpleasant staff member in the pharmacy drive through. . I had to get out of the car to get my purse which had moved out of my reach. She looked at me rolling her eyes then proceeded to start doing paper work. When she finally picked up the phone I asked for the prescription - it's not here . I informed her I spoke to the pharmacy the day before to place the order and was told it was there. "Well nothings here". You can pick it up in a couple of hours. I told her I was sorry for disturbing her. Very nasty and unprofessional.

Wow...shockingly, they don't require the guy in the photo department to wear a mask. There is no acceptable explanation. UNBELIEVABLE...I won't be back.

I take a lot of medications and rely on my pharmacy to get things right. I have found the Walgreens app to be the worst designed and worst functioning app. It often doesn't place my order properly and doesn't notify me of problems. If the app knows there is a problem, why doesn't it notify someone to fix it? If you use Walgreens, don't use their app.

I would just like to take a moment and let whoever is taking the time to read my comments and reviews know that I had a wonderful experience with Annie in the pharmacy department at the drive-through. She was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. And even went beyond good customer service and got me airborne so I didn't have to go inside the Walgreens. I was able to pay through the drive-through which was very convenient and helpful! Thank you and keep up the great work Annie!!
