It is always a hassle picking up from this pharmacist. On multiple occasions my doctor has called in prescriptions and it has taken well over 6 plus hours before it’s filled.

Just stopped in to get my OTC prenatal vitamins. 7 months pregnant and it’s raining outside. I’ve come here 3 times before to purchase my vitamins with my insurance card and for some reason Hammond and the manager Ron (who is always a pleasure, Ron or Rod) told me since there is no bar code on my card they couldn’t use it. Hammond wasn’t very pleasant while chewing and nodding his head no telling me it’s not possible without a bar code. As I stated before I’ve done this transaction 3 times before at this store and at many of other Walgreens. Apparently all staff are not trained the same and this was a huge inconvenience to me.

By far the worst pharmacy! The Pharmacist is brash and the Pharmacist Technicians are so rude and ignore you when you are standing in front of them. Their refill system never updates online and when you request info and when they finally answer their phone, they clearly do not want to speak to you. RE-STAFF THAT ENTIRE WALGREENS FOR CHRISTSAKES!

Over the years the customer service for pharmacy has gone so bad. If it is close to lunch time or closing they’ll lie and say it will be ready by the next day only to be out of stock. I’m picking up insulin for my grandma that has type 2 Diabetes and they are unable to give me a clear answer.
Staff lacks organization and motivation to provide quality service for customers.

MY MANY THANKS TO THE STAFF AT THIS WALGREENS FOR THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HELP . I NEEDED TO GET MY PHOTO DONE, I TRIED AT LEAST THREE OTHER WALGREENS WITH NO HELP. I WALKED IN AND WAS GREETED BY THE CASHIER WHO CALL THE PHOTO ASSOCIATE. HE CAME OVER WITHIN 8 MINUTES TO ASSIST ME. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSIDERING THE OTHER WALGREENS ADVISED THERE CAMERAS WERE BROKE. THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL.

The worst place ever to filled a prescription. It appears that the pharmacist plays God with people prescriptions. I needed pain medicine for a fractured finger. The pharmacy manager decided to tag my account because two different doctors prescribing pain medicine, emergency room physician and a hand surgeon. The pharmacist doesn’t want to lose his/her license; therefore, they didn’t honor my prescription. I regret sending my prescription to this location.

Short staffed, the single guy working upfront has to cover the store. Most items available although the shelves a bit messy in the first aid section making it harder to find - the item I wanted was actually behind other items that didn't belong on the shelf though was similarly shaped as a canister.

Hammad has the worst customer service . Shame on Walgreen for not training your employees how to be polite. I was a regular customer, now I realize why this location has a only 2.9.Do better Walgreens.

Thank you pharmacy staff for trying your best everyday besides coorporate unrealistic expectations. I am sorry for the bad reviews of ungrateful people that expect a pharmacy to run like a fast food restaurant and have no idea what goes on on your day to day. Keep being kind and thank you for your hard work keeping us healthy during this craziness
