I would give less than 1 star if I could, all of their candy seems to be expired or close to. Management is not prioritizing their freshness tracking. My friend an I bought chocolate, and it looked off and it expired in AUGUST 2023. We went for a single Reese's after that and that one also expired in OCTOBER 2023.

Not sure what has changed with Walgreens but how prescriptions are now managed through their app/online system is horrible. Apparently the prescriptions called in by your physician aren’t acted upon by the pharmacy the way they should, the patient now has to initiate “ordering” the prescription in the app after the Dr has called it in, which I had to figure out on my own when I checked and saw the prescription wasn’t ready for pickup (such lunacy). So days are wasted thinking the pharmacy is filling the prescription and will call/text you when it’s ready like they did in the past. And if there are issues with their ability to fill it, there is no notification sent to the patient. And calling to get someone to speak with in the pharmacy about it is another big time suck. Today I was told my prescription that was called in last Friday that I finally figured out that I had to “order” in the app on Tue still wasn’t filled by Thursday as the order initially reflected it would be. I had to wait 20 min on the phone to speak with a human to only be told that it’s been out of stock for the past 2 weeks so they can’t fill it and don’t know when they can. And when I asked when the pharmacy would’ve told this to me (automated call, text, smoke signal, something), they said they have no system in place to communicate this. Get real. God forbid a patient needs the timely provision of critically required medicine from a pharmacy. I promptly called my physician’s office and moved all our family’s prescriptions over to Publix. Goodby Walgreens Pharmacy…where shopping is not a pleasure. ✌?

Second time mislabeled my medicine with wrong medicine name and dosage. Careless staff and I guess pharmacist too by not double check the medication. You can see them making fun and laughing behind the glass window. Also lately using a huge container that not matching the number or size of bills. What a big mess lately. Will be contacting my insurance Monday to see the options getting out of Walgreens pharmacy.

Avoid this place. Pharmacist Bobby keeps “profiles” of customers. He delays filling prescriptions at his discretion. May be legal, but it’s definitely weird and deeply unethical. Just thought everyone should know that Pharmacist Bobby is routinely tracking you.

Golia was very helpful, she was understaffed and made time to assist me over the phone. When I arrived she had excellent customer service, guiding me to the acne product I requested. Very warm, authentic hard working woman, I recommend coming here.

Hi!!! Just like the comments below I’m here to say what a complete J*** the pharmacy tech with the grey crew cut is! Treat people the way you want to be treated. This lady has never even so much as cracked a smile. I think her face is permanently set in a frown. She is SO rude, makes snide remarks about customers and makes you feel like the gum on the bottom of a shoe. I am definitely switching to another location. You are losing customers because you are keeping this woman employed. I don’t know why this lady would choose working with the general public when she’s so rude to people. I’m repulsed at her attitude. Do better!!!!!!

Since I moved to Coral Springs I started going to this location. My first impression, I didn’t feel it too welcoming as my old store. Nonetheless I decided to start using the pharmacy for convenience, what a mistake!! The staff in this pharmacy (especially the lady who helped me today, when I walked in) are everything but welcoming, you’re just another transaction and they want to get rid of you . They make you feel like you’re getting their stuff for free! Today was my worse experience at this particular location. The lady at the pharmacy acted like if she was done with me and I left and when I got to my car I realized that she forgot some stuff and I had to go again, this time through the window. This lady shouldn’t be working with the public. Especially in healthcare! You never know what other people are facing and your attitude could make a difference.

Big thank you to the pharmacy staff. My twins got COVID. They permanently live with their father in Coral Springs now due to life circumstances. But the pharmacy was able to help me with prescriptions for them via the phone. It was a hassle getting through but once I got through they were helpful. Thank you again.

Whomever is in charge of the pharmacy phone line never answers. I’ve been on hold for 25+ minutes multiple times this week. They answer and put it directly back on hold. It does not matter what time you call, no one seems to answer the phone.
