I go to the wawa on capans rd .most ever day in Margate fla. I get a egg sandwich and a drink pay 7 to ten dollars most some day I'm there 3 days aday. day people working there is amazing. I do have times the we're things are perfect .do to the foot traffic . Understand .but to day I stopped in the west sample store. The deit soda was empty. So I got a regular coke .and headed up to the register. And got a egg sandwich and I checked it to make shore it was not dried out .what's happens some time if there under the heat light to long. I eas ruling it..anyway I was not going to put it back. And I think it may have bin a manager. . Lose her self .and started say I can't look at it . I didn't have the time to go out side to check it today . And wast time. If it's dried out. . . And with the girl getting crazy. I decided. I was not getting the right soda . And the sandwich deal. So I decided to go somewhere else to fill my truck up and get food . For the fist time in years. Nothing like the margate store. .bin going there from opening day..

My Experience Here Was Horrible I just left this Wawa And the White Lady working the food was loud problematic and rude she made a comment on a Black Guy Dreads Saying he needs his hair Mosturized and I Called her out and she gaslighted me walk away from the area to make the peoples orders yelling in the backroom SAYING I'M IGNORANT AND RACISM IS GONE AND SHE TOLD ME I FOUND IT OFFENDED BECAUSE OF MY SKIN COLOR ......

I went for gas this morning and This place is just used as a giant drop off for the school... if they don't get this taken care of with the school or the city police these kids an adults are gonna run this place in the ground.

This chicken bacon ranch quesadilla was honestly laughable considering it was just a tortilla with buffalo and ranch. Don’t order delivery from this location lol

Wawa is not the same Wawa it used to. Their prices are insane now for food and GAS both. No deals and discounts. Their staff (who prepare food) is very rude specially at this location.

Come here everyday to get coffee since this the closet location for me. But Rosa got mad and rolled her eyes since I ask to change my order after I cash out and realized how much I paid the deal was better. I wanted to ask to speak to manager because she gave me a nasty attitude and I really didn’t appreciate that. It’s just a simple upgrade.

On June 15, I put gas in this establishment and as soon as I left, the car started to fail and was damaged. The mechanic came to pick it up at a tow truck because it wasn't running. The mechanic told me that it turned out that the gasoline was mixed with water. I incurred costs about $500.00. Be very careful when you put gas in your car in these garages and even more so if it has rained.

Came there last week to get air in my tires and gas. The local school just let out and there were a HUGE number of cars that were apparently waiting to pick up their kids. We slowly got around the corner to the air pumps and when we pulled in a woman got out of her car stating that she knew I saw her attempting to back into that spot. I said I didn't but asked if she was there to get air and she said no! So we said we were, and she then got verbally abusive and got directly in my face, inches away appearing to try and goad me into a physical fight. Then she did the same to my husband, screaming and cursing at both of us. When my husband stated there was a police officer right there she screamed, "I don't give a f$%k about no cops!" She then drove off.I cannot believe that any business would tolerate this situation. We will NEVER patron another Wawa again! Shame on you. This cannot be the first time anything like this has happened.

THIS particular location is AMAZING! I LOVE the Customer Service. The General Manager Patrick, Justin, and Ms. Tasha are the ABSOLUTE BEST Managers. They NEED to do podcasts tutorials on e very Social Media platforms on "HOW TO" handle customer issues that may arise, store cleanliness, and fresh timely food & beverage service. They make you feel at home!??

Wawa is my go-to stop for convenience, gas, and snacks. The staff is always friendly, the store is consistently clean, and the food is satisfying. I particularly enjoy their sandwiches and smoothies.
