I have been banking with Wells Fargo for almost 25 years. I had an appointment to come in about a week ago, Saturday. The employees were okay, but the lady I sat with was wonderful. I came in again this weekend with someone who has never banked here - to open an account, etc..., and it was a totally different experience. At first. We weren't seen - meaning we were standing there and not one person came over to help us. Then, when we were seen, we were given attitude, and they weren't helpful at all. They basically told us no one can help us because there were only 2 bankers working today. One was busy. The other was nowhere to be seen, and there was someone who might need to speak with a banker (the person hasn't decided yet)... they basically made us feel like we weren't important. We left, saying we would find another bank and she said "okay no problem". Disappointed is an understatement. This is absolutely NOT the treatment I expected to get from a bank I've been loyal to for over 25 years.Fast forward to a few months later - went in and spoke to a Laura Aristizabal about changing the name on the business account and was told i needed to close the account and reopen one per her manager. Horrible customer service there. Horrible treatment. WF is going to start losing customers because of this branch..

Slowest bank and branch in South florida.. this is a review after 3 hours of interactions over three weeks. The teller lanes have one teller and 4 closed lanes on average. One hold up and your there 20 minutes as the second person in line. Ancillary staff play their position and see the bottle neck and refuse to help. Appointments are delayed and they defer to the 1800 number for 75 to 90% of the solutions...so why don't I just stay home and call that number? The app is great, one personal banker was trying to be very helpful and I saw the branch manager get involved in solving the bottle neck once. But this is a consistent issue with 2 people waiting on their Appointments on a weekday and a 1 teller for a long line...doesn't make sense.

I don’t know if it was due to my appointment being first thing or it’s just how they are as people. The only nice person seemed to be the teller and I didn’t even talk to him. The staff seem to have attitudes and when spoken to I was spoken almost down to. I also almost got denied a notary for not having a good enough bank account with them or a card. When it’s never been an issue in the past and could get it done without having an account at all. I wasn’t greeted and just had to announce to the bank that I had an appointment.

I am not a WF Customer but my mother is. I recently had to assist her with some business on her account. We went to her local branch located at 1950 N University Drive in Coral Springs, Florida. I was greeted almost immediately by young lady at the front (wished I got her name). We were assisted by a young man named Jack G. McCartney. Jack was friendly, professional and was a pleasure dealing with. My mother is 84 years old and Jack made her feel completely at ease. Please recognize Jack for "exceeding our expectations" and performing "above and beyond" in providing premier customer service.

Polite staff but I try not to frequent this branch as waiting to see a "banker" takes forever. I waited nearly AN HOUR to get one page notarized. Ridiculous. Get it together branch people!!

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have been here far too long and the entire bank is practically empty, full of the bank employees doing much of nothing. If you come here, expect to wait around forever. Super slow customer service. Another customer was complaining as well. Better off going somewhere else or with a new bank entirely this is not the first time this has happened.

I'm not a fan of walking into a bank. However not a person I've met that works at this Wells Fargo is rude or robot-ish. Nice genuine people offering great customer service. Thank y'all So much. The only Wells Fargo I go to now.
