I am very grateful. They are a service staff and they do their work with love. “My wife mistakenly put the wrong delivery address on a package, but instead of "returning to sender" the staff held on to it for a few days, so we were able to pick it up! They said they knew it was obviously an error. Good to see the initiative and common sense by the personnel!!!”
