I tested positive for COVID on a take home test. I went there to get another to confirm. I went to drive -thru to pick it up....you know, the responsible thing. I was told they could not give it to me in drive-thru, I had to go inside to get it and pay at front register. I told them I had tested positive and again they told me to go inside. Astonished, I again told them and asked them if they really wanted me to go inside. I was told yes. This was ridiculous and dangerous to the patrons and their employees.

Typical CVS located in a small town. They have the usual items along the shelves. Service was OK, though a little indifferent. I guess that I will give it three stars.

I worry about the safety of my family and children at this location. Horrible people at a horrible anti-customer location. The pharmacy employees today (September 24, 2021) were unbelievably rude and disrespectful. One said she was just going to refuse to even answer my questions. Absolutely horrible horrible people. Are they filling the wrong meds? Are they trained? Is this a dangerous location? Go to the Southwood CVS.

CVS was very professional, courteous & helpful until a few months ago when the pharmacy management changed. The majority of that staff have now left. The pharmacy, when told about their inaccurate prescription fill(s), suggested another pharmacy rather than vowing to correct the problem. This presents a serious concern in the community that people could unwittingly utilize a wrong medication & harm themselves. The accuracy of prescriptions can no longer be implicitly trusted. People must check to make certain prescriptions are correct before ingesting or administering.
