“I wanted to thank Gracie for her amazing customer service today. It was a terrible day going back and forth trying to get an extremely time sensitive prescription filled. I waited an hour at another pharmacy, just to be told that I wouldn't be able to get my prescription for another few hours. I was frustrated and overwhelmed. I couldn't wait much longer so I got the prescription transferred to Walmart, in hopes it will be quicker than the other pharmacy. Gracie truly showed her kindness and rushed to get my prescription quickly, although it had just been put in the system. I could not thank her enough and I hope she knows that she made a difference in my life today.”
