Buyers be aware!!! Eric sold my family member who is 78 years old a new plan and a new phone that she did not need. She was having memory lapses and does not even remember signing a contract for 3 years. We had a real difficult time trying to cancel this contract and cancel the service. He also sold her a hotspot service and other services that she never had before nor did she know how to use. When I contacted the store and I actually spoke to Eric he told me to call Verizon. It took me two days and 4 hours later to have the issue resolved.

Eric Green is your go to guy for anything you need at Verizon Crawfordville. We switched from the T place to Verizon because we literally had the poorest service, dropped calls slow connection and Eric got us switched over and have had 5G from day one. He got everything taken care of and was so patient and helpful. Thank you Eric.
