Good customer service I go there all the time for propane best place to get it for the price and you get a full tank unlike getting the exchange and it's not even a full tank

Prices marked on shelf may be different than what is charged at register. For example, oil filter wrench marked $11.98, but really $13.99, so be sure to double check price when checking out.

Customer service is amazing! I picked up a grill today and the manager offered up his own truck to deliver the floor model because it wouldn’t fit in my SUV.

Worst customer service!!
The old white lady at the cashier was so rude!
It was my first time dropping by this store to check if they have a glue gun real quick so i asked the young lady in the front. She was friendly but probably wasn't familiar where the product was located so she asked the old white lady. She responded “right there in the left” so i asked do you know which aisle? She didn't respond. So the young lady asked her again and she responded “i dont know! She’ll have to figure it out when she gets there!” 👏👏👏👏 very non appealing attitude!!! You can just say call someone to help out coz thats what customer service is!! If you hate your job that much quit!!

I have to go here a lot for work and they are always helpful especially if you simply don't know what you need. Highly recommend especially to avoid the trip across town.

Staff is very friendly. Some items are tucked away and pretty well hidden but all of the reps are very knowledgeable as to what and where everything is which is better than the "whats a wingnut" answer I got at Lowes.
