Shout out to Omar at crestview advanced auto parts !!! You were a joy to chat with and thank you so much for helping me with my battery , your knowledge and understanding was everything a customer could ask for . This location has a forever customer with me , he cleaned my connectors of corrosion for me and swapped my battery and for someone like me with a fear of electricity that meant the world to me , thanks for getting my work truck back up and running !!!

I entered this store 10/22/23, at around 7pm. As I approached the register, 3 employees were at the counter and there were no customers in store. I asked if one of them could take a look at my car and tell me if they had the front light bulb that was out in stock. Immediately, the younger one of the 3 said to me, NO we can't. I asked why and he just repeated, no they could not come look. I thought he was joking, but realized he wasn't when I asked him his name and he proceeded to walk to the backroom. I worked as a merchandiser in that store under the utmost respectful guys and have first handed witnessed how much customers loved them, but after last night, I will never step foot in that Advanced Auto again. It's ashamed what associates have become now a daysto paying customersForshame

I went to pick up a few things and had some questions about replacing my alternator. Mac was so nice and helpful! He explained things and didn't treat me like a stupid girl. I highly recommend going here!

I had to add water to my battery this morning and ended up dropping one of the caps down too far where I could not reach it. I tried for about an hour and then decided to go over to Advance Auto to see if they sold the caps or if someone could help me get mine. The manager Omor was AMAZING! We need more people like him. Super nice and helpful guy and he was able to get the cap out after just a few minutes. Very pleased with the service there. Will be going there for any auto related needs from now on! Thank you Omor!

Slow, little knowledge, no management, not the place to go if you are in a hurry, could not give discounts as authorized because they couldn't get past computer password
