David W. was amazing to work with, he was able to easily customize to our wants and needs so we ended up with a sectional we loved! Such an easy process! We will definitely be back when we are ready for additional furniture!

Lee Dildy was so helpful! He looked up my purchase and helped with a question about a chair i purchased. The staff was very friendly but not over welming .

We purchased 2 new beds and mattresses at Ashley. No pressure sales, no following us around the store, but our salesman Brandon was always available to answer questions we had on the Tempurpedic line of adjustable beds. Beds were delivered by an outstanding 3 person crew, white glove delivery. They set up the beds, programmed the remotes, and hauled away the packing material. Great experience from purchase to delivery. And a special thanks to the sales manager Chris. He made sure all promotional items were given to us.

Ashely, Crestview is an amazing store. I was looking for a discount coffee table and I went into their clearance area and I spoke with Dustin who is very kind, polite and helpful. I recommend this store ! Great customer service by Dustin in the clearance area . Will recommend my friends and family.

Dustin, at the Crestview store, was very helpful and let me know the deals that was going on in the clearance section, and helped carry the paintings to my car. Super friendly fellow!
