I wouldn't go there. I've heard too many horror stories with enough detail to be quite believable. As a Local Guide I decided I should pass this on.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSDon't let my misfortune be yours too!After receiving an exam and agreeing to the treatment plan I decided to pay for everything up front because why wouldn't you trust a dental professional right? Wrong!Went in to get my first real work done (fillings) after an initial cleaning and the receptionist requested $250 for the days work. I informed her this must be a mistake as I and my insurance had already paid for everything that was discussed. This was the same receptionist I'd overheard having a screaming battle with a client on the phone my first visit. Shrugged it off as a confused client, NOPE.She was firm that the payment would need to be made to proceed. This is called double billing. You charge the insurance companies first and the client second. Get paid twice for the same work, sounds amazing doesn't it? Never thought a dentist would try to pull off this scam.Obviously I rejected their offer to pay for what had already been paid for and asked for a refund. She also refused that (will be disputing with insurance company since no services have been rendered).Additionally upon arrival they were actually trying to upsell dental work... This is something you'd only expect to happen in a back alley, not an established business.All of this AFTER trying to give the benefit of the doubt for the dentist misdiagnosing a permanent crown as a temporary crown. That could have cost me a few extra thousand...TL&DR: If you value your hard earned money find some place better that won't try to lie, scam, and misdiagnose you. It happened to me please please do not let it happen to you too!

Had my first appointment and I drove an hour and a half for it. I was in quick, the staff was respectful and attentive, the doctors were informative and comprehensive. You don't find that a lot these days. Overall good vibes from the place. I have sensory issues and they were very patient and reassuring that I wasn't an inconvenience. 10/10 would recommend

I had my first visit to Aspen in Crestview today. I really liked everyone there and felt like they honestly had my best interest at heart. I came in as a new patient with a broken tooth and walked out with a prioritized care plan that we can work through as I’m able to. Scheduling was quick and easy, the office was clean, and the staff were all warm and professional. I’ll be making them my regular dentist office!

Friendly staff at the front desk. Continuing on to a warm greeting at the x-ray station.The hygienist was wonderful and fun, spirited, moving on to the dentist, who had lots of compassion and actually took time to listen. Then the last stop was office manager. This kind lady reviewed with me exactly what I was anticipating for pay and I had questions and she took the time graciously. Aspen dental in Crestview Florida is a win-win from when you arrive until you leave. Excellent service.

Absolutely horrendous. Only cares about money, not the patient, at all. I went in for an initial visit because I'm new to the area and had a toothache, so I had to find a dentist. They kept me there for 3 hours, trying to sell me on a treatment plan. When I left, they had done nothing for my aching tooth. Their plan would cost me over $6k out of pocket, after insurance (which they kept telling me how good my insurance is). They wouldn't let me have my aching tooth worked on until I committed to the entire plan and had other work done first.I'm telling everyone I know to NEVER go to Aspen.

Worst experience ever. Been to this office twice, to give them a second chance. Never again. Dr. is rude, condescending, with no bedside manner. This office is only concerned about over billing insurance, no care for patients. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. If a negative rating was allowed, they would get it.
