Att told me I have unlimited talk text data and when I go to Facebook page or you tube my phone message comes up saying I don’t have internet or WiFi and when I call 611 I get a foreign non English speaking person who cannot understand me and me them so what can I do to get help please I went to a local retailer but only had one person working trying to help nine others why are there not enough employees to help

AT&T ruined my entire lawn and every other lawn in my neighborhood installing fiber. I have spent hours on the phone attempting to file a claim to only he bounced around to department after department and be hung up on. I will never use an AT&T service or I will recommended against any AT&T services from here forward. My phones will be switched and I will use any provider other than AT&T regardless of the cost.

Extremely pleased with the customer service I received from Andrew. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He took the time to speak with me about different options and when he wasn’t sure, he looked it up. I was able to get a new phone and a plan that works best for my family. Kudos to the Crestview team.

Outstanding customer service and a wonderful experience. Bobby and Mavin were extremely easy to work with and took the extra effort to set up several phones and devices for a disabled military vet. Our family would recommend this location to any military members in the crestview area
