I ordered an air conditioner and was told by the store it should be arriving by the 24th of May but I haven't heard anything. There has been no ETA and no estimation and I was trying to make life easier by doing a store pick up. Apparently I should have tried to do shipping to my door. Not knowing when it's going to arrive sucks especially since it's been getting hotter and hotter as summer progresses. The only communication I have received from anyone was the automated "tell us how we did" I really should rate this as a 1 but I have had good results in the past so I am hoping this is just bad luck on my part. Currently I am just waiting In limbo I can't rate anything I haven't received and I can only go based off of the ordering process.

The one thing they can work on and what all stuff they have in store and the prices but they do got a lot of things but it's not a big variety

Amazing experience highly recommend this store for all furniture needs. The staff was so helpful and did not make us feel pressured to buy anything and after such a horrible experience at Ashley furniture in Crestview we were skeptical to go furniture shopping again but this store has forever changed our minds I will not go anywhere else in Crestview for our furniture needs ever again. This place has our business as long as we are here!

The first time I have ever shopped at Badcock and I was very much satisfied. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with the utmost professional and courteous respect. Then pricing was more than reasonable, as was the selection. I don't shop much after getting out of the military because of anxiety but, it was not even bothering me while shopping there. Will definitely be returning for all my furniture needs.

Awesome service ,quick, I did an online account and was approved in minutes. Went into the store picked out my washer and dryer . It took about 10 minutes. My merchandise was delivered shortly after. Great friendly service. Very professional.

Bought luxury mattress and we love the bed. Great quality and friendly staff. We will be back here to buy more quality furniture! Oh, their prices were better than the competitors as we shopped for a week for a bed. They were $500 cheaper than the competitors and the quality was better. This will be our store in the future.
