“Being senior citizen attempting to deal with modern technology can be a major concern. Especially, when you buy a new phone and all is supposed to transferred over automatically?
This did not happen with my much needed CCB banking app. A young lady attempted to help and carried to attempt to a point and a young man stepped in and finhad to call CCB HEADQUARTERS.
They worked it all out in a professional manner and all works so I can understand and continue banking by the web.
I recommend CCB for seniors banking. They are professional, honest, and sincere in dealing with people, especially seniors.”

“Love love love the ladies in Laural hill office. This is a great bank as for the people. However can’t use cash app can’t shop online at some places overseas and can’t deposit money into account thru ATM. If they would just fix being able to deposit into ATM I would be a member for life.”

JJ was great helping me pay off an old debt to the bank, Tiffany was great helping me with opening new accounts in order to receive a wire from title company for payment on lien for work I did. Kaelin was very supportive throughout. Jill notarized a document for me very quickly. Charlie at the customer center got me the paperwork I needed very quickly as well. Everyone I encountered was polite, professional, articulate, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for excellent service.”

“What a friendly branch. I'm from out of state and stopped by to use the ATM. When the machine gave me a hard time I went into the branch. “I have spent 4 days and worked with 4 different associates to help me get a PAL unused car loan turned Check Inleiu of for a car we found. Julie,Danielle, TJ, and Beth did everything they could especially on a busy Friday to make sure I had everything I needed to pick up the car the very next day of Saturday. Everything went perfect and as smooth as could be hoped for considering the amount of hoops I gave them to jump through.
