“I have been with this bank since I have been 18 . It has changed hands several times throughout the years, as anyone would you get a little nervous every time a new Bank takes over. But I have been very happy with Hancock Whitney , the tellers are always very polite, if I have any questions Marie , Am. ,Fran and Gloria have always answered them and treated me so kind . So even though they’re not a small hometown bank any longer it never lost that feeling . I would highly recommend using them.”

“What a friendly branch. I'm from out of state and stopped by to use the ATM. When the machine gave me a hard time I went into the branch. I talked with four employees and spent almost an hour interacting with them. My problem was solved and I walked away with a smile and in a great mood because of them. Not just customer service, friendly neighborhood service and caring human interaction.”

But I’d like to especially point out Ms Brittany Brunson for taking great care of me getting started with All In. In only just two in-person meetings and the rest in remote communication, I’ve never had this sort of care and attention at a banking institution. Ever. Like, I’m a nobody… but after this kind of service, I feel like a somebody. But it’s not like that sort of fake service feeling you might get at most other places. She’s just super professional. Like you could literally throw anything at her and she knows the answers and offers to knock it out before you even think about it.
