Billy Brown is one of the best people I’ve ever met.
Has the best rates, honest, and cameras and everything is gated. Air is available at the outside storage.

If I could give this more stars, I absolutely would. We have stored multiple trailers/campers in with Brown's Mini Storage for a little over a year now. They have a secure coded gate with 24/7 access, dump station for RVs, trickle electricity, and the owner (Mr. Brown) is by far one of the friendliest and kind hearted individuals around. If you want your stuff safely stored at the best price - you won't find a better place.

Literally the kindest people. Took a friend of mine there at 8pm because she needed some things. She was behind on her payments and they met her there at 8pm on a Friday to let her pay and unlock her storage. Wow. If only everyone was this kind.

Have rented 3 storage units for at least 2 yrs. Disappointed that rain gets in one unit, seeps thru the exposed side bn back, not to mention under door due to worn out seals.one of the other units, the side seals of the door tracks are loose and hanging outside the track. And the ceiling of one unit needs repaired or replaced. Though I spray the units I rent to try n control bugs, it doesn't do much if surrounding units are not treated. I've had at lease one unit or another for 8 yrs n do not fully understand why my rent is raised, has something to do with taxes increasing but I thought that was on the total property not each rental unit or space.
