Please recognize Loren supervisor she is what makes that store a pleasure to go into how she greats everyone who comes thru the door she remembers past customers and treats them with the best customer service. Shawn also is a wonderful young man who is so genuine with how he takes care of his customers he is always willing to go the extra mile. Sanchez also takes his time to make sure before a customer leaves he has answered all the questions and the customer is satisfied. The staff are very professional with their customers. I have rented many vehicles thru this store and they have always made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. Nicholas was very nice and professional you can tell he likes to take care of people treat them like he would like to be treated. They strive on the best customer service that they can possibly give especially when limited rentals available for summer. Customers can be difficult but the staff are always respectful and curtious I think corporate needs to provide more vehicles to this area. Crestview Fl. Store due to people need better transportation because we have old vehicles that cannot go on long trips and this area is growing.
