Salesman Rodger Glover was on the lot when we arrived and quickly helped us look at and drive the vehicle we were interested in buying. We had been to Ford and Toyota looking for a proper offer for our trade. Rodger was able to get us the highest offer of all three dealers. Rodger was quick to answer our questions and very polite. We had positive results with all staff and look forward to future business with the Dodge dealership in Crestview Florida.

Hands down the worst dealership with the most unprofessional employees I’ve encountered. From the sales manager all the way down to the females working the computers at the service desk. Coupled with the fact their entire lineup is garbage, who in their right mind would waste their money on any vehicle made by Stellantis.
But I do take great pleasure in seeing their lot full of new vehicles with no buyers, same with GM and Ford. Hopefully the USG won’t bail these people out again, let all 3 of them (GM, Ford, Stellantis) fail next time. Japanese, minus Nissan, is the only way to go from now on.

We purchased our Jeep in Nebraska, moved to Florida and have continued to use Step One in Crestview for our Jeeps needs, from oil changes, recalled parts, or normal repairs. We even purchased an extended warranty when buying the vehicle. We received a letter maybe 6+ months ago at this point about a recall, husband called to schedule the replacement and they were pretty busy, said they’d have to keep the vehicle for up to a week or so, we couldn’t do that because of work, asked for a loaner, they didn’t have one. Husband asked them to call back when they had a loaner and could replace the part. He received a call, still did not have a loaner, so we did not schedule the replacement. Husband was leaving for 90-days for deployment so we thought perfect timing on replacement and went ahead with our oil change maintenance. Upon scheduling no information was given about the recall part being out of the replacement window for Jeep to cover the cost. The day after dropping the Jeep off I received a call as my husband was already in route for deployment that the vehicle was ready for pick-up, but the recalled part was no longer under Warranty. I was shocked and frustrated, 1st that it was replaced without a phone call, 2nd that Step One/Jeep would handle customers like this. We have an extended warranty and the lady trying to manage the situation did get it covered under that, so it ended up costing $100 as that’s our deductible, however this is very poor business as this was not on the customer. Do better Step One. Step One should have ate that $100 fee, THE END.

Dodge has always been one of the greatest car manufacturers of all time, always putting a smile on peoples faces, and I'm proud to say the people working here are phenomenal. Cody Alvarez was a spectacular salesman with unmatched charisma. I came in wanting my dream and he made it possible. He knew how to make great conversation and make you feel like family through the whole process. I don't know how long he's been there but you guys have an asset that goes beyond the business, take care of that man like he took care of me. Also Rebecca in the finance department was charming and very good at helping me understand every step of the buying process, and was honest with me about the best choices to make. Seriously you guys made my day today, you never know what someone's going through, and how even something that doesn't seem like it's that big of a deal means the world to them. Thank you all!
