I don’t know if she was the manager or what but some short brown hair lady with a very nasty attitude was the person I got stuck with. Her office is in the front to the right once you walk in. Very smart mouth and seemed like she didn’t want to help. Made my experience there so bad, I will never go back. She needs better customers service training and some more sleep. Maybe she’ll wake up in the right side of the bed next time.

Really wish they would make a feature or something for weekends when the bank is closed and you need a refund but it won’t be deposited till after the weekend :) sucks you have to wait a whole 2 days when you can easily get something that verifies it and can deposit the same day...

Consistent issues. They canceled my husband's debit card with no notice or explanation. The workers are RUDE. Now I find out that they have attached my account to another account that I didn't authorize.

We do not belong to Eglim FCU currently, but we have never had a problem at all as far as doing business and errands there as a non member. My boyfriend's debit card got eaten by the ATM machine one afternoon and it took them no time at all to retrieve his half digested plastic so we could replace it.
