After taking my car to Day’s on the other side of town to fix a noise it was making, they inspected my car for maybe 15 minutes without driving it at all and ended up quoting me 4 grand to fix my shocks, struts, sway bar links, and lower control arms. That’s about half of what I bought the car for. I took it here to Crestview Tire and Wheel and they quoted me $300 after a thorough inspection and actually driving the car. All I needed fixed was one engine mount. The part itself was around $200, which was average pricing compared to other ones online, and they only charged me about $90 in labor. The noise is completely fixed and I now have no other issues with the car. They know what they’re doing and ended up saving me thousands of dollars! They did a wonderful job.

We were just passing through on our way home to Oklahoma and the tread gave out on our tire. Went ahead and replaced all four tires. Service = excellent from front desk to technician. The ladies up front were super helpful and got us in same day upon some miracle, and they had all tires in stock that we needed - crazy. The technician was detailed enough to catch a warp in the wheel, luckily nothing crazy but definitely on our radar now. We could tell from the customers coming and going this is a business that families can bring their cars to for generations, really cool to see. Keep up the good work y'all! And thank you so very much. ❤️

My mother-in-law recently visited Crestview Tire and Wheels, trusting that she would receive honest and professional service. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced.
She was told that her rotors were warped and engraved, and that her brake pads were completely worn, requiring immediate replacement. The shop provided a full quote for the supposed repairs, making it sound urgent and necessary.
What Crestview Tire and Wheels did not know is that her son-in-law and a trusted colleague both work on vehicles and have access to a home garage setup. After hearing her concerns, we took the time to inspect the vehicle ourselves. To our surprise, the rotors and pads were in excellent condition, appearing nearly new with no signs of warping or serious wear.
It’s incredibly upsetting that a shop would try to take advantage of an elderly woman, especially knowing she might not be familiar with the recent maintenance history. It seems like the staff assumed she wouldn’t question the diagnosis and saw an opportunity to upsell unnecessary repairs.
We still have the paperwork showing the quote and the alleged condition ratings of the parts. These assessments were clearly inaccurate and misleading.
As people who take pride in doing things the right way, it’s frustrating to see businesses like this give honest repair work a bad name. This is not how customers should be treated. Exploiting someone’s lack of knowledge—especially someone elderly—is unethical and unacceptable.
Please be cautious and consider getting a second opinion before authorizing any repairs at this shop. I encourage all strangers, friends and family, to always get a second or more opinion.

Needed new tires for my Zero turn mower, stopped in they had them in stock and could get them mounted first thing the next morning. Arrived at 7:30 AM and was on the way home with newly installed tires before 8:00AM. It’s nice in this day and age to get good quick service. Thank you.

All though they show up on used tires search they do not sell used tires but the lady that answered the phone was very polite so that's why I gave 4 stars

Great service! We were on a trip from Florida to Texas and blew two tires on our car trailer. They got us in and put 4 new tires on in about an hour! Would definitely recommend this business!
