Charlotte at the Crestview Florida cricket on Ferdon Blvd. Was Amazing! She helped me as soon as I walked in the door. Walked out with a new phone and service. She was so nice, and answered all my questions. She's an Awesome worker for your company. I'll recommend other people to that store.

It's ok ? . I'm a happy At&t customer now. Instead of resolving the issue of me personally paying 43$ for 30 days of svc and it being disconnected after 10 days & under the assumption, it would cost more money to reconnect . Yes, sir, mam! I'll smile on, with the parent company under contract. Thank you.

Anthony and the manager hooked me up. I took home a dud and brought it back and they swapped me out no questions asked. And they actually have great customer service for a cellular business. Anything you need or have questions for they will fix or answer.

No service where I live or Freeport just called the store where I got the phone about a booster and he just hung up on me Crestview store will lie to you tell you they have services every where to sell you a phones

Tyler is amazing.. My phone was stolen and he put my line on hold and got it back up and running in no time when i had located it.. Went the extra mile to make sure it was working correctly too... Even got me a new water bottle that says cricket :)

I have been a Cricket customer since 2018. Never had any issues until now. This past weekend our account was hacked. 3 out of our 5 phone lines were compromised. 2 of the phone lines were stolen in a port scam. Can't get those back. Customer service was not helpful. I have since gone with a different carrier. This has cost us a lot of money for other phones and actvation fees. To add insult to injury they won't refund the bill I just paid. I have filed reports with the FCC, FTC, and Florida attorney generals office. I will also be filling out reports for the FBI, BBB, and the local police department.

Horrible. They do not stand by their product. Had a defective phone, returned within 7 day window but gave me major headaches. Replacement was also defective and we went back the next day. They said 7 day continues from original purchase. So essentially the replacement phone had 0 day returns for defects. BEWARE! Shady as hell.Also service is lousy and so is their cell service. Had to wait hours to get helped amd set up. Went to metro pcs and the whole process took 15 min and I get much better speeds with unlimited unthrottled data up to 30 gigs.Fyi: I had the 5 line family plan and defective phones were ZTE.

Just got charged to my debit card and my credit card for service this month have called 611 3 times they assured me they will fix it then don't. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was left on hold for 20 minutes then disconnected. I called the Crestview store representative was rude would not listen was offended I even called the store with an issue. Will be cancelling my service and my debit and credit cards jerks
