They never answer the phone, drove an hr home and while on the drive called to try and get my medication started but got there still on hold and phone was just a ringing. While there waiting for 30min on medication it was still ringing and no it wasn't busy or even when no on one was in line.

I am only giving a 1 star because of my experience at the pharmacy. I had a bad experience with Cassidy who wasn't wearing a white coat but says she's one of the pharmacists. She is rude, unprofessional, and has major attitude. She walked away from me at one point when I was talking to her. I am completely appauled at the way she treated me and talked to me. She appeared to not want to help at all.

Nothing worse than waiting for the drive thru to open for 8 am and still sitting there at 815 with it unopened. I decided to call and ask when it be open and the response was “ when we have more workers come in. “ I asked how long that would take and they said “ we don’t know, when they come in “ This is so unprofessional , opening hours are 8am. I have used CVS in several different cities that I have lived without issue, but I had to stop using this one. I have literally sat in the drive thru with my vehicle off for 30 min, with no movement from the car in front of me or out of the pharmacy window. They never have my medications in stock, they never seem to have enough staff because there are always lines, even during hours the pharmacy was supposed to be open several times it has been closed because of staffing issues. The staff tend to have an attitude as well when you ask questions, like you shouldn't be questioning them period. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE WALGREENS IN TOWN. They even call me when I haven't filled prescriptions there in awhile (my prescription coverage primarily wants me to do mail order) or if I fill something and forgot to pick it up. It is also not just a robo call, it is someone physically picking up the phone and calling. Even when I see a line for the pharmacy, it never takes long at all. Their staff, while busy, never seems to have an attitude either.

Terrible customer service. No one I’ve interacted with in the pharmacy is nice. Pharmacy never notifies you if they are out of stock or what is going on with your medications. I have a child sick that needs an antibiotic and was physical at the store yesterday when they said it would be ready in an hour. Went through the whole night with my child getting worse only to call and find out the next morning that they were out of stock of an antibiotic. I’m glad no one thought that was important to notify me about so that I could try and get him a prescription somewhere else in a timely manner. Never using this pharmacy again.

Always a quick in and out. You can find some good bargains if you utilize coupon apps/ cvs app etc. Staff is always friendly, my only complaint would be the hours.

The pharmacist is absolutely the rudest person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in a retail setting. After waiting 3 days for my items to be ordered, I called and was told they would be in around noon. I called again at noon and was told “yes it came in give a couple of hours”. I showed up 5 hours later and the prescription still wasn’t ready. My daughter has type 1 diabetes these are supplies to give her insulin which is needed to keep her alive. I was frustrated and talking to the woman at the counter (which is who I spoke to on the phone) when the pharmacist yelled at me from her station. I then said a curse word out of pure frustration that not a single CVS employee was taking responsibility or apologizing for the extreme wait, even after several days and phone calls. I did not call them names, or dorect the word at them. It was “I drove all the way the ___ out here and it’s still not ready” I am no longer welcome to fill prescriptions there. Thank my lucky stars, I’ll go anywhere and find better service.

The pharmacy, especially the pharmacist, has horrible customer service. She clearly doesn't like her job and has no interest in actually helping people. I was told my rx would be ready in a "couple hours" 5 hours later it was still not ready and the pharmacist found the need to yell at and blame me for not submitting it sooner. I submitted my refill a week before!

The Friday I went to pick up my prescription the pharmacy's direct customer staff was a rude unhappy person who probably hates the job and life. The disrespect was breath-taking. I picked up my first order a month ago without incident but this time was different. They have no respect for privacy whether products or the potential for identify theft by demanding you give your name, date of birth and ssn through their ridiculous dated covid shield at a voice level other customers can hear. Someone could just stand there posing as a waiting customer and steal the identity info. When I called her out on that, the very unhappy CVS employee demanded "Do you want me to file with Tricare to pay this or not?!" An unbelievable ultimatum. They could take identity theft and privacy protective measures but it appears the company has made the management decision not to. Then on top of that after my prescription being there 24 hours prior it still wasn't ready. I picked it up the following day. It was different staff and to be fair was very good but the damage was done. I am never returning to this CVS, or any other CVS, ever. This should be an embarrassment to management but based on other reviews I guess not. When customers are disrespected their money and business go where it is welcomed.

Terrible customer service. My husband went through the drive through to pick up my meds for me and when he tried to give them the new insurance card was told to NOT update our health insurance because the previous insurance would give us the medication without a copay. Newsflash for that tech, the new insurance also would have given it without a copay :) so thank you for billing an inactive insurance. Also when trying to call the pharmacy to update I was left on hold for 15 minutes with no answer!!!!!! What are you people doing over there?!

Always under staffed, so it's a hit or miss with service, drive up window also not always open.Don't use this pharmacy with high hopes or you're in a hurry, location is convenient for me so I do and put up with a little delay in my life.
