Recently opened a CD, the process was quick. The next day the representative who helped us open the CD called my wife and stated, per the branch manager, she needed to return and resign the paperwork because her signature didn't match her driver license (DL) signature, we live 30 minutes from the bank and are busy people.The bank representative, a bank trainee, and I witnessed my wife signature. My wife explained this to the representative who called her. The representative relayed my wife's response to the branch manager. About an hour later, the representative called her back and said the branch manager said she would let it slide this time, but next time her signature needed to match what was on her DL.You would think if the branch manager was going to bother customers about the likeness of a signature to the DL signature she would make the phone call herself. The representative who helped us open the CD and play the messenger for the branch manager was great. The Branch Manger displayed (1) toxic leadership trait, most likely she is a toxic leader.

We've been a member of EFCU for 33 years. We've always been treated well everytime we go in the CU. Thank goodness for having 2 locations in Crestview.

Love EFCU! Going to see about opening an acct. Had a joint acct with someone who went and shut off my card , which with me being co-owner I didn't think they could do especially with me having money in there. Anyway, I probably should have wrote this review after I talked to the bank

The service at this location is ABHORRENT! First of all, they will only be nice to you when you are opening an account or need a loan. Don’t go to Jane because she will treat you like a second class citizen (assuming that you won’t qualify for anything) and then she’ll scam you by adding additional fees that you DO NOT NEED! I seriously paid a $5 bill pay fee that I did not need for 3 years until another banker offered to remove the fee as it would affect my bill pay. So this morning I went in to close my accounts (HAPPILY!) and the treatment I received from the LAZY EMPLOYEES was exactly why I opened an account down the street. I walked in without any greeting and zero acknowledgement by the banker at member services. Another banker casually walked by (without even pulling up my account) and sent me to the teller, only for the teller to send me to another baker and then finally back to (YEP YOU GUESSED IT, A 4th PERSON!) to close my account. So the older blonde closed my account (with poor customer service) and literally handed me $3000 WITHOUT putting it in an envelope. Either Eglin is too broke to pay for envelopes or the teller was just that lazy. It took me over 30 minutes and 4 employees to finally close my account. If you’re new to Crestview and you’re used to receiving good customer service, DO NOT go into Eglin. The ONLY time they were semi nice to me was when they realized I had good credit and needed to refinance my car loan, until then I was treated like a second class citizen EVERY TIME. Go elsewhere.

Waited 3 hours on hold to get hang up when answer. If you trying to get an appointment to go talk to your banker do not call this location.

Friendly and very helpful staff at this location. Has multiple services and easy to set up an account as well. Like the drive through (fast service there too) as well as the atm service.

Super nice staff, convenient location, and I have financed four new automobiles in the past few years, and the terms were terrific and really easy loan processing. Could not ask any more from a banking operation. They go way beyond being helpful. Best banking experience we've had, bar none.
