Had to wait until later in the afternoon to pick up our rental car which was definitely wasn't an issue because we received the best customer service EVER!!!! LAUREN went above and beyond to accommodate us!! She is so professional, knowledgeable, quick, efficient and kind. Even my shy 2 yr old grandson Mason fell in love with her within minutes ❤️ ps. car was immaculately cleaned and ready to go when promised

Enterprise Crestview deserves zero stars because they absolutely failed to deliver & nearly caused my wife to miss her nonrefundable international flight. Our friends saved the day for us.Enterprise refused to rent me the car I had reserved. Their stated reason; my address on reservation didn't match address on my debit card.I tried to reason w/ front desk lady, but she acted like a mindless robot, and kept repeating, "I'm sorry, but our policy..."If your policy inhabits your ability to deliver for your customer, then you need to get a clue.For context: I am staying temporarily at a friend's guest house. I have all my bills forwarded to a PO Box so as not to bother friends w my mail. Enterprise told me I have to show a bill to prove I live there. How insane is that! We have illegal aliens from third world countries pouring into USA uninhibited while woke broke corporation's treat American citizens like WE are aliens.It took me 3 hrs to find an alternative ride & really put my friends out. This ate into our schedule cushion. We drove 7 hrs to Orlando, racing against the clock. My wife, who is sick with cancer, had to take an 8 hr flight after that incredibly stressful ordeal.If we had missed that flight, I would be taking Enterprise to court. Everyone should know just how terribly incompetent & unhelpful they were for us, and how little they knew or cared about customer service.

This place is always busy, but the team tends to get you in and out without any stress I've been renting cars from Enterprise over 25 years and the service and prices are top tier and competitive. 10/10 would recommend. I deducted one-star because the cars are not always ready for pick up when you arrive. I have waited over an hour for a car to get from the airport to rent. Have some patience and you'll be fine.

Never had very good luck at this location, but decided to give it another try this morning. We reserved a luxury vehicle online and showed up this morning to pick it up and they told us that they do not even carry luxury cars at this location. We asked if there was anything with leather and they told us no they did not carry anything like that, only hybrid cloth . We asked for a large size SUV, and she says the only thing they carry is a Nissan rogue, which is far from a large size SUV. Proceeded to pick out a Dodge charger and then while outside about to get in , the lady said never mind it’s not available it has been sold and they did not notify us. Ended up getting a Kia that ended up smelling like cigarette smoke inside of it and the AC was not working after leaving . Returned and went back inside, and they said that they knew the air-conditioning was not working. Ended up picking another Charger with a cracked Guage cluster . We are very unhappy with this location and we will not be coming back here again. Really messed up our weekend travel because the Wife is 37 weeks pregnant and needed something comfortable with heated seats and but got stuck with a base model Kia compact car.

Made a reservation for 9am at the Crestview,FL location. I had an emergency and I couldn't make a call to say i was running late. I rushed there at 1130. They gave the car that I reserved to somebody else! Worst part is the front desk people have the worst least compassionate attitude I've ever experienced at a rental place. They simply don't care! Now i am stranded and wont be able to make it to where I have to go. They are the absolute worst.

just now NEW Enterprise rental in crest view Fl is a joke. We were on vacation in Destin Florida,when we headed home back to Louisiana our car broke down in Crestview. We ended up having to rent a room for the night and we planned on renting a car in the morning to get home. So we booked the car on Expedia when we attempted to pay for the car the manager of the branch refused to accept my banks debit card even though it's also a Mastercard. I explained to him that I had two kids and that we were stranded. I also informed him that we had spoken to someone from costumer service that said he could override this it's was up to him. He very rudely informed me that it wasn't his problem and that enterprise would not be honoring our reservation for a rental.To bad he was to stupid to realize in my business we rent cars very often. I will never rent or recommend anyone to use enterprise,as a matter of fact I will strongly persuade anyone I.can to avoid these people.

Matthew was GREAT! Best customer service around. I had to reschedule my pickup date (one day earlier) and showed up to the Crestview store hoping that someone could help me. I met Matthew and I told him about the issue. He told me that it was kind of difficult to change my date due to short notice, but he would do his best. Two days later I showed up and Matthew made it happen. Not only with a vehicle, but with the vehicle that we wanted. That is excellent customer service. Thanks again Matthew!!

My experience at Enterprise was awesome! Fast service, detailed information, very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I think her name was Kelsey, I’m sorry if that’s the wrong name, but she was amazing! Thanks for making my experience great!

I have been and still on hold for over 20 minutes. I am at the body shop and just want to tell them to come and pick me up. No one should ever wait more than 20 minutes to talk to a store for service.
