Made an appointment for a tire repair at 10am & the shop was very busy. The front desk lady and all the other staff were very polite and welcoming. We waited in the lobby (which was very clean) for about an hour and when they were finished, they informed us that the service would be free due to the wait. We didn’t mind the wait, but the fact they put the customer first and were so considerate of us really amazed me. Thankyou so much for a great experience.

Wonderful service and amazing people! I informed them of my problem yesterday, came the following morning, and they were able to identify and solve the issue all before lunch. Could not have asked for better service. Highly recommend and will be seeing them again for any future dilemmas. 5/5!!!

Dani from Express Oil Change was unbelievably fantastic she was my technician when I came in for an oil change. Seeing women dominate in the automotive mechanic world is amazing and she was so informative, quick, honest and efficient. She went out of her way to not only try and get me a discount for being prior military but also she gave me 2 quotes on having my tires changed. First quote was $1300 for tires they had in stock and $1100 for the cheapest option and tires they need to order. Never one time did I feel like she was iust trying to upsell me on stuff I do not need. Express defiantly needs to give her the recognition she deserves. Ill be coming back for all my maintenance needs

I appreciate the technician coming in to tell me they cannot work on beadlock wheels to patch my tire before they messed something up.

I took my Mini Cooper here for oil & filter. Truth is I was a bit worried as my car has always gone to the dealer for service. I called Express and spoke to Larry. He assured me they service Mini and have a tech on staff that is top notch and many time certified to do so. So I showed up and was still worried and the lady at the desk must have told Larry because he came out to meet me. He reassured me again and even went and got the Mini guy over to meet me as well! They both made me feel so comfortable and now confident. I had them do it and Larry even personally got in there and changed the oil filter himself. Great guy and great team. I can’t remember the young lady who also checked my air filter and let me see it but I am well pleased. Larry is a great team leader and the crew are top notch. I will be going there from. Ow on and won’t have to make the long trip to the dealership anymore. Thanks again all of you if you read these

Love the service here. The attendants are always so nice and I love that I can get in and out because lets be honest I dont have all day to sit around waiting for an oil change.
