Starting at a new gym can be intimidating, but the staff at Flex make it super easy. They know every member by name, and will greet you every single time you walk in. Not only that but it has to be the cleanest gym I've ever been in. Can't wait for the new location to open! Big things coming.

All the staff are super friendly, and made me feel very comfortable from day one! They make it a point to learn your name quickly and greet you when you enter. Customer service at its finest!

Our facility is family friendly and offers 24 hour access to our members. Memberships are on a month to month basis and do not require contracts or any recurring annual fees. We offer a large variety of cardio,strength and functional training equipment as well as a highly experienced personal training staff to show you around our fitness club.
