I stopped by this afternoon to get some paperwork notarized. The staff were extremely friendly knowledgeable and professional. They definitely went above and beyond to help me understand the paperwork that we were filling out. They offered us numerous refreshments. The black cat running around was at extra bonus.

I won’t ever use them again.Went to tax appointment many many months ago and she said she was getting back close to 7 grand. Ended up getting back $700 and just now received a letter stating I owe the irs 3 grand.

Wow! This business deserves 10 stars. What an awesome experience., Not only do they offer a FREE notary service, but they are so friendly and courteous. Most of the notary services around here are grumpy and rude. These guys are a class act!

Needed some documents notarized and didn't know where to go. Did a Google search and found Freedom Tax. I called and they said to be there by 430pm. It was 4pm and I was less than 5 minutes away. The best thing other than no waiting was what they charged. ZERO. Nothing to pay. I'll go back to them and recommend them to anyone who needs a notary. ?

Old fashioned customer service! Everyone here is a class act! I needed a notary, walked in when they were super busy during tax season… I was greeted immediately and my notary was complete a couple minutes later. They wouldn’t take my money! They’ve earned my business for all things taxes, so glad we have a place like this in town. This is neighbors helping neighbors.

Janette McCord was literally the most friendly AND knowledgeable accountant I've ever met. I will be moving out of state next week, and I will be using her for next year even though we don't live here.Diana was also so sweet at the front. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

Great employees, helpful! Old building, cramped, smells strange, entrances are confusing. Good place for taxes!

This is hands down the best tax place ever!!! These employees know their stuff!!!! They are legit!!! I've gone to them, left, and had to come back. I love that I can submit my taxes electronically from anywhere and their prices are great. Definitely worth an appointment. They stay booked because they are the best.

I have been using Freedom Tax for almost 20 years. I would never want anyone else to touch my tax papers.
